Front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Bathroom was the cleanest hotel bathroom I think I’ve ever had. We booked here because it was last minute and getting a room in Manhattan was impossible without spending a crazy amount of money. Now I think I’d definitely go there again. Super easy to get down into the city. Easy to get to from outside of the city. Super close to the zoo and Botanical Gardens. Great experience all in all.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stood in. Morning breakfast is great, bed is extremely cozy, pillows are better than my own personal pillows at home. My only complaint is for the amount I paid I have to go my entire stay without WiFi so I only had access to one channel my entire stay. Besides that I have zero complaints and I’ll ask before I book next time about the internet.

I loved the bathroom design. I didn't like that the toilets were dirty. There was hair on the floor of the bathroom, when we arrived. There were dirty pillow cases. And there was no WIFI for the T.V. Also, the milk was spoiled at breakfast time. And there isn't 24/7 housekeeping.

The room was nice, front dest friendly, and free breakfast was great! I would have given it more stars but the maid never showed up to make the bed or replenish the towels. W. When i asked the front desk they told me the maid should be there before 6pm, again never showed. My door was opened when i was out and left wide open! Also, the cable wasn't working so there was basically no tv.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Thank you to others that gave a heads up about parking. That’s city living, so to find a spot we simply had to read the signs and walk a little but all good.
