It’s new and modern great rooftop and dining options. However, they do not have room service and the time we were there the air-conditioning was not working and we put in several calls to get it fixed and they never were able to fix it.

This was in a perfect location. We went to Batthouse in the area, then to Fandi Mata for dinner, and everything was nice & walkable. The surrounding areas are booming & so much do to!

I don't like the confusing pricing of the room. All the fees associated with it especially the Destination fee of $30.00. I thought my room charge was going to be $206.00 but it ended up being over $300.00. Very disappointing. Would not stay at Moxy again.

No fireworks!

Booked this hotel for July 4th and to visit my son who lives in Brooklyn. Room was comfortable and staff were friendly. The main reason we picked this hotel was the rooftop bar for the fireworks. That being said it was booked for a private party and we could not access it. We missed the fireworks and didn’t get to enjoy the roof at all. Prior to booking there was no notification that the roof bar was unavailable. I feel This should be mentioned in their advertising. It
