Ill start with the good... check in process was great, easy, pictures were provided along with instructions so there was no question, location was very close to the train which is exactly what we wanted, set up of the inside of the home was perfect for a group. Coffee was provided which is also always welcome! Cleanliness of the inside of the home was fine, i think it felt more unclean simply due to the need for repairs and shoddy workmanship with caulk and glue and the need for flooring to be replaced and repaired. When booking be aware this is a housing complex, there are all kinds of noises, barking dogs, crying babies, music etc. There was a blood trail to and past our room for the duration of our stay, i am not sure if this company owns the entire building or just these rooms within the building so this may not be a refelction on the company who actually owns this booking? My group was there for NYC, so this was just a base to sleep in. If i had my kids I wouldnt have stayed here, but for a group of young adults it was fine. I wasnt looking to pay for luxury so I didnt expect it and didnt recieve it. If you are looking for accommodations that are fine, closer to the city then this will do the job... and it has kuerig coffee
