The Open 2025

The pickup service from the airport was significantly delayed - over 40 minutes. The delivery service to the airport was great. The breakfast is wonderful. On 9th floor; you can eat inside or outside. The room was great.

I’m glad it was just one night!

First of all, there is a valet parking that you must have to pay it is $30. The room had scratches all over the wall. The bathroom was halfway cleaned. I am sure they did not change the bedsheets. Breakfast is included but that was another whole mess. They ran out of things quickly. Food quality was not that great.

Staffs at front desk are kind. One of the blind doesn’t work. The bath tub is not able to fill the water since they provide the unmatched stopper. There are not enough amenities in the room. The restaurant in the hotel tried to over charge at dinner. The shuttle service is nice.

Front desk doesn’t answer the phone for more than 2 hours, I’ve tried, custom service tried, others attendees I got on central phones for reservations tried. So more than 2 hours waiting for the shuttle, in the end I had to hire a cab. No respect for the client
