I stayed her out it desperation for 2 nights because I had 2 dogs with me and other places wanted a lot of money for them. Woke up my second night feeling somthing odd flung the blanket and flipped on a light to find I had a mouse crawling on me in my sleep and it was now running around the floor. Got up and ready to leave quite early after that (I have video to prove this)

I was driving so didn't need the airport shuttle. The check-in process was simple. The rooms are okay but the bathrooms are extremely tight in space and difficult to squeeze by. The heating and airconditioning unit was right next to the bed and were extremely noisy so didn't get a comfortable night's sleep. During checkout no printed receipt was provided as printer was out of order. Did not receive an emailed receipt despite having requested one. Overall, I wouldn't probably stay at this hotel again.

Worst stay in my life. The airport transfert was terrible, waited for more then 1 hour and called many times to the hotel. The room was dirty, with cockroaches everywhere, terrible. No hot water in the shower, the toilet was clogged. Microwave didn’t work. Not sure if the sheets were changed as I found some haires in the bed. Staff was rude. Highly not recommended. Never book this place!

The first room they gave us was dirty and some one used the toilet and didn't flush it. Also the glass window was broken, than we got moved to another room same very dirty and Heather wasn't working. Stay away from this motel 6 we used the one in Rochester NY and is very clean .

Room was generally clean and in decent condition. The bedspread was the only thing i noticed that was not clean looking. It had many cigarette holes and wasn't exactly white anymore. Not a deal breaker since I typically avoid using them anyway. One of the towels in the bathroom was also a bit stained, so I just tossed it on the floor for another wash cycle. Oh, and two outlets didnt work for charging on the one side of the bed. We made it work with a different outlet in the room. My biggest concern was that when i called ahead to ask about extended parking, the person I spoke with gave me an amount per night and said I pay when I arrive. Upon arrival though, the person at the desk looked at my vehicle and told me a different price. When I asked why the difference, he said different price for Sedan and SUV. I wish the person who I spoke with initially had mentioned that becausr whether it was an on the spot decision or it was true the whole time, I felt lied to. So we decided to book our parking somewhere else for the next day after check out.

Room was freezing, did not have a working TV and the hotel did not offer wake-up call service. When we went to the guy at the check in desk to inquire about these these issues the guy only said that the services were not provided. He barely made any eye contact with us because he was busy doing something on his phone. He also offered no type of apologies for the room not having, heat, a working TV and not proving wake up calls. Would never make a reservation at this hotel again.
