They didn’t provide us a tv remote and then when we asked for one it didn’t work! There was people fighting in the parking lot all hours of the night.. just isn’t ideal for a place to stay.

This place was terrible ! No Cable No Hot water for shower! the room was needed a 100% makeover walls peeling Ceiling coming down it’s amazing how this place stays open! Room 107 was our room and very disappointing! the person at the counter was no help and his people skills doesn’t exist! I stay at hotels and motels all the time especially when i travel and i wouldn’t recommend to anyone this place!!!

The room was clean. An old place. Bath sink counter held up by a fairly new 2x4 but stable. Much cheaper than others. Don't expect 5 star accommodation for this price. Only negative was long term parking at $15 per day for my pickup. Go right next door at EWR for $10 per day not even 30 feet away. Staff was pleasant.

When I went there I checked in about 11 pm. There was no parking. I went back to the clerk. The clerk said I should double park. I told him I need someone to assist me to double park you said that he’s not leaving the front desk and if I don’t want to double park, he’s gonna refund my money. He was very rude and I told him I want a refund. He gave me a receipt stating that it was refunded now when I checked hotels.com I’m realising that I still owe a bill for that night which is the 14th of February so I asked you to make checks so that I can get my refund from Klarna that I used to make the purchase, please.

Yes staff only came to the room once and that is because my schizophrenic son was in the doorway they asked him did he want the floor mopped when he didn't answer right away they walked away. Never gave us fresh towels, but I do have to say that one of the housekeepers asked the front desk clerk to put me in an accessible room and he stated that they are booked up and that most of them rooms only have one bed. That's understandable Thank you but No thank you
