This gorgeous Corona Del Mar 3 bedroom, 3 bath back house features an abundance of natural light, wood floors, and marble surfaces throughout, and great decks with view of Newport Harbor. 1 carport parking spot and laundry available. (Please be aware that both the master fireplace and the master bathtub jets are non-functioning)



The townhouse is in the Corona Del Mar district of Newport Beach. It's on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway, and is walkable to the beach and CDM Village.

Minutes from the best beaches in Corona Del Mar, shopping in the Village, and some of the best restaurants in Newport Beach. Tucked away on the ocean side of Bayside Drive lies this exquisite 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom rear unit just steps away from the sand. This property is nestled in the center of the Corona Del Mar area in Newport Beach, California. The location allows guests to walk easily to grocery stores, great restaurants and entertaining nightlife.



The home offers 5 unique outdoor areas and a unique floor plan. The first level consists of a grand entrance with a Dutch door and a bedroom en-suite opening to a large sunlit patio. The secondary bedroom, guest bathroom, and main living areas are located on the second level among a living room with fireplace and generous balcony; a spacious kitchen with ample cabinetry, granite counters, double oven, built-in microwave and refrigerator and viewing balcony. French doors from the dining area lead to the large deck, perfect for enjoying meals and hanging out. The third floor encompasses the master bedroom with soaring ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom featuring a bath tub, separate shower, and dual sinks with a vanity. A huge deck with an outdoor fireplace is located off of the master suite with guest access from the stair-top. The property includes full access to WIFI and cable TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. The house was built in 2005. (Please be aware that both the master fireplace and the master bathtub jets are non-functioning)

This home was an absolute delight! Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, walking distance to beach, lovely quiet neighborhood. Drive to Disneyland was 30ish minutes. I would definitely stay here again

My Daughters really enjoyed staying in the Unit. The microwave oven did not work but they didn't want anyone to come in and fix it while they were there. They mostly ate at my house. The carpet on the stairs was really dirty upon arrival. They always took off their shoes before going upstairs. Other than those two items, they really loved the place.

We had a wonderful time at this condo--comfortable, relaxed, everything in order. It's not as easy to communicate with the property management company as it usually is with private owners. But there were no major problems, so it didn't matter. All good, and thank you!

The outdoor furniture on the upstairs patio needs to be replaced. It’s falling apart. The living room couches could use a good cleaning. Lots of stains. A $6000/week rental should come with better towels and more of them. There should be two sets per person for a week. The air conditioning on the top floor was nonexistent. Not comfortable for sleeping. And we would consistently lose the connection on the TV in the master bedroom.

I usually use airbnb. I doubt I would use your service again.

We only had 4 adults but we enjoyed how spacious and well stocked the home was! We appreciated the paper products, and soaps at every sink. There was a fan in each bedroom closet to provide air circulation. We enjoyed using the AC at night as the bedrooms would get a little warm. The master bedroom was gorgeous with a huge bathroom as well as a door to a beautiful deck. We enjoyed our pre-dinner cocktails and snacks on that deck. It was nice that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The kitchen and living room were a great place for our group to hang out. All and all, the house was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is giving the couches a good cleaning or replace them altogether! Hope to return to this rental house again!

The master bedroom on the top floor was beautiful with a patio area and fireplace.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice home. I liked that the we could walk to the beach from the home. My family enjoyed the rooftop in the evenings. Lovely home, close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfectly situated between beach and PCH, comfortable home with expansive master suite. Quiet area, plenty of parking, close to balboa island. Only dining table was outside and although maintenance issues were responded to quickly many never were repaired. Considering we were there for 6 weeks, they could have been more generous with the paper products (paper towels, napkins and toilet paper)
