One of just a handful of Lido Island vacation rentals, this newly constructed residence is an awesome showcase of bayfront living at its finest. Enjoy this enviable location in an idyllic waterside community located close to everything.



The Space:

Steps away is the Lido Clubhouse with a private beach for residents, and drop-off/pick-up dock access right next door in the “Genoa Boat Garden.” Simply open the doors to your private resort and feel the weight of the world subside.

This 3 bed 4-bathroom custom home was built from the ground up and completed in 2022 with all the finest finishes. The main level features a spacious living room that opens to amazing views of the bay, a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, and large sliding doors that put the panoramic water views on display. The second level is comprised of a generously proportioned bayfront master bedroom that looks out onto the water and passing yachts, the large second and third bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms) are also on the second floor with their own views and balconies. The luscious rooftop deck is located on the third floor with plenty of seating and a built-in BBQ to bask in the glorious local sunsets. The views from on top of the world are unsurpassed anywhere on the island



Residents of this secluded isle enjoy access to several beaches for launching small watercraft like kayaks or stand-up paddles (SUP). There is a quaint children's playground at the end of Via Genoa on the North side within walking distance. You can rent kayaks and other watercraft at many spots on the peninsula like Lido Paddle Sports, located just across the bridge. If you're a shopper, Lido Island is close to world class shopping in nearby Lido Village, Newport Beach's Fashion Island, or Costa Mesa's South Coast Plaza. Some of the city’s finest restaurants, and shops are within close walking distance over the Lido Island Bridge on the brick lined streets of the completely renovated Lido Village, offering fine waterfront dining, luxurious retail, a private gym (open for visitor day use for a fee), yacht charters and brokerages, and more. Overall Fantastic…With 3 Minor Caveats

Our family had a fabulous stay at this property. The waterfront views are stunning; there is nothing like having a drink at sunset on the rooftop watching the boats go by in the harbor. The house is comfortable and definitely designed/equipped as a rental (ie. Durable finishes throughout the house and kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils, etc). Three minor complaints: - for a rental of this caliber, at the end of the stay you have to strip the beds of the sheets and do a number of clean up items that seem like basic rental turnover that would be included in the cleaning fee for a house this expensive - each bathroom is equipped with only 2 bath towels total, we were frequently doing laundry and needing to share towels - many of the electric shades were broken and required maintenance (should have been checked before check in) and while the big windows are a highlight for the views, the shades that work let a lot of light in and do not blackout if that is important for your sleep

Relaxing stay on Lido Island

Property was clean and very nicely appointed. It was disappointing to find no chairs for balconies on either floor. Why have a bay facing property with no where to sit and enjoy the view? Would be nice for literature of area and things to do left in property. Because of the location it was too far to walk to the boardwalk or actual ocean and parking was difficult, having bikes to use would be a big perk for that property as well as beach chairs. HVAC system could use a tune up or adjusting to equalize the temps in various rooms. Our next stay we would opt for a place that offers more of those items.
