This spacious 2,175 sq ft home is filled with a welcoming atmosphere, beachy decor, and plenty of spots and cozy nooks to kick back and relax after a fun day at the beach, shopping or sightseeing. There are 6 bedrooms to sleep 11 people, four with queen beds, two with twin beds and four full bathrooms to accommodate everyone.
Enjoy the street-front patio where you can chill out, have a BBQ night, or just people-watch in classic Newport Beach style! The home has two kitchens, one on each floor! The main kitchen features granite countertops, high-end appliances, and all you'd need to prepare scrumptious meals at home. There's a 2nd-floor terrace and 3rd-floor roof deck, what our guests rave most about! Get some sun or enjoy the expansive views of Newport Beach and the Pacific Ocean. It's surely the home's sweet spot!
If you must work, you'll have reliable Wi-Fi & plenty of laptop work spots. There is a 2 car garage (if the cars aren't too big), something very coveted in Newport Beach!

Walk down to Newport Beach Pier (1 mile) and stroll to Balboa Pier. Pier to Pier is about 2 miles and filled with fabulous views. Balboa Park is also fun. Itâs a lively oceanfront park and a popular destination for beach activities. Take a ferry to nearby islands like Balboa or Lido, and enjoy meandering the cute streets for a day. Also, Corona Del Mar is another charming place to visit, about a 5-mile drive from the home.

Getting Around:
The home is 7.9 mi | 12.7 km from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and 41.2 mi | 66.3 km from LAX (Los Angeles Airport, north of Newport Beach).
The best means of transportation, if youâre not driving to the destination, is to rent a car or hire private transport (Towncar). There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and of course curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft as well as taxis.
Other Things to Note:
Itâs a 3-story beach house and guests will need to climb stairs to reach the upper levels.
Reliable Wi-Fi, SmartTVs Netflix, XBOX 360 game console, washer & dryer, bed linens, bath & beach towels, and beach essentials/beach chairs are provided free during your stay.
Thereâs no daily housekeeping service, but if youâd like the place cleaned at any point during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. Using recreational drugs or partaking in illegal activity on the premises is also strictly prohibited.
- No parties or events are permitted, and excessive noise is not tolerated. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level. And no loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- NO PETS allowed.
- 2 cars in garage and no parking in the alley - cars must be in the garage with the garage door closed
Everything about our stay was great. But there was an unfortunate issue with getting hot water in the showers that was frustrating to deal with. The host had someone come out to try and fix it but was not resolved. Iâm hoping it can be fixed for the next guest. I would still stay at this property in the future if the hot water was working properly.
Showers struggled to provide hot water the whole time. Also internet was poor and not working half the time. Outdoor shower didnât work. No propane for bbq. We purchased a new tank and left it. Would like to be reimbursed if possible for new tank. Down stairs bathroom door also does not close. Mater bath shower head works poorly as well. Pretty much drips the whole time. Other than that. Location was amazing.
Loved our stay here. Weather was perfect. House was great. Only thing that might be good to know for others is that the garage does not have a door that connects to the house, so you have to go outside around to the side door after parking in the garage. Other than that, everything was great.
Overall, the accommodations were ok, but better cleaning is necessary. The sheets on the beds by the upstairs kitchen had to be washed bc hair was found on one and spots on the other. There's some more work that needs to be done to the house--the shower (by the upstairs kitchen) has some mold residue in the window. We had to ask that a maintenance person be sent to fix a few things; the response to my inquiries was immediate. There needs to be a stopper The bathroom number said 5, instead of 4 1/2, and that there were 3 twin beds instead of indicating one of those was a trundle bed, but we managed.
Booked this stay for a work retreat with my staff and the location was perfection. House was clean and perfect for all 6 of us to have our own space. Check in and out was easy and would definitely recommend this house to book based on the location alone.
This house was absolutely amazing for our group of 10! We had so much space and it was fabulous to have the entire house to ourselves. 2 master suites make this an ideal property for 2 families to share. We had 7 young adults/teenagers in our group and the bedrooms and living room upstairs were great for them to spread out and have some space to themselves. The garage was very spacious and I was able to fit my Mercedes GLS inside with a roof rack on top! We had plenty of space for 6 bicycles as well. The owner has made some furniture changes to the space that were not reflected in the photos, but they have definitely enhanced the space. The entire house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. (We especially loved the painted murals in the living room and stairwell.) The downstairs kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that the owner provided dishsoap, sponges, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Location was perfect as wellâŠshort walk to the sand, park with basketball across the street, and just a short bike ride or walk to pavilions to get groceries. This has definitely been our favorite Newport property in the 8 years that we have been renting.
Perfect for our corporate planning meetings. Comfortable and clean meeting areas, close to beach, stores, and many excellent restaurants. Six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms amply accommodated our team.
