Wonderful three story single family home located on the oceanfront by the Newport Pier. Two car parking, laundry, dishwasher and central Air-conditioning. Perfect location for shopping and fun in the sun.

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 car parking - This unit provides 2 carport spaces-tight alley!

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

THIS HOUSE WAS DISGUSTING NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES..

Right when we arrived to this house it was disgusting. There was dust and dirty on every corner. I asked the property management where they had cleaning supplies so we wouldn’t feel so disgusting. All the fixtures are rusty and the couches look like they been used for 50 years. I tried to keep my family happy and ignore all the things they didn’t like about the house. The location was nice but then come night time people were fighting and yelling and throwing up on the side of the house from the bars. This isn’t a family location. What made us leave the house at midnight was when my wife and son went to their rooms they pulled the sheets back and there was blood stains all over the bed and sheets. Sad thing is they didn’t even attempt to clean these or change the sheets. It was disgusting. We called management they did apologize and refunded us once we sent the pics of the blood I am not the type to do a review but I hope no one waste their time and money on this place. This owner should feel ashamed and do better. This house isn’t up to par to rent.

Perfect Getaway

This house is so beautiful and is exactly as shown in pictures. Primary third floor is private and cozy with amazing views of the water, especially at sunset. Other bedrooms were perfect for us as well. Main floor was great for us to gather after our outings each day. The communication was timely, friendly and very helpful when coordinating the trip. Highly recommend!

The location of this property was perfect! The home was comfortable for everyone. The house needs TLC with deeper cleaning such as balconies, plexiglass of balconies, window sills & floors. The management team was great to communicate with before & during our stay!

Nice Beach House

The location of this house is great. Easy access to the beach and water, as well as very short walk to many restaurants and entertainment. There is a lot of people passing the residence which allows for lots of fun people watching along with a bit of noise on the weekend nites. A great spot if you like to be near the action. I would recommend it without reservation.

What a wonderful short vacation with family to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Great location to shopping, dining, walking, the beach and relaxing. We had a great time.

Exactly as pictured, Perfect location!

You are steps away from the beach and to shops and restaurants. The unit is spacious and perfect for five teenagers and four adults. We felt like there was enough privacy for everyone and the common rooms fit us all. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Milestone birthday

We celebrated my 70th birthday. In spite of the weather, it was a great trip. The house was perfect for our family. The location is great. We didn't cook, just ordered out or walked down to restaurants or Newport Coffee. Other than a couple items we had to report, the house is well-maintained. My only warning is the alleyway is a very tight fit for any car. It was not easy getting in and out of the carport. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thank you for allowing us to celebrate my big 70 in your beautiful beach house.

Great Location & Management, the house needs some TLC

The property was very old and tired. The exterior and interior had a lot of rust, there were many windows that didn't work, old furniture, the beds were super uncomfortable...not what you would expect for the price. The entire place needs a lot of maintenance and care. The house had a good supply of pots and pans and serveware but only provides paper plates. No amenities except for handsoap/toilet paper/paper towels so make sure you bring your own. The area is a great location with a beautiful view and near lots of restaurants and sites. There was a lot of craziness from 10pm-2am, including a fight in front of our house and someone defecating in the alleyway. The management company was AMAZING. Super responsive (even during holiday week) and accommodating. I would definitely work with them again but would not stay at this particular rental.

Lots of room and views galore!

This is a three-story place that's perfect for those who want lots of room and be on the beach. Great views, great access to restaurants and beach. It's a little "tired" in terms of upkeep and it's noisy late at night, but it's a great location and views.

Huge home - very lively location

We had a great experience at this house. We loved the size of it and how the rooms are separated on each level. The furniture is decent and it had practically everything we needed. The doors were a little hard to close, probably from the ocean wear & tear, so nothing was totally secure all week (sliding door downstairs, French doors on middle story, gate out the patio, etc) but we didn’t have any trouble, it seemed like a pretty safe neighborhood. Speaking of neighborhood, it’s right in the middle of everything! It’s good to easily walk to places but bad when it comes to the nighttime. It’s very loud with cars from the public parking lot, people partying on the sidewalk or other houses, music in the middle of the night and we even had to call 911 on a fight that was happening in the alley behind the house. So I don’t think it’s a good location for small children or babies, but it was fine for mainly adults and older kids. We were having fun ourselves, so didn’t mind the noise.

Family Beach Vacation

Beach property was exactly how it looks in the website. Plenty of room for three families (10 people). Perfect location to stores, restaurants, rentals and beach. Ocean is just a short walk away. Very clean and amenities were perfect for our stay.

Fun but noisy location

Hone is nice and in a great location. The kitchen is equipped okay.. much of some things... other things missing... like serving spoons, sharp knives, paper towels.. beds are old and very creaky when you move on them. Living room door is broken. Jacuzzi tub in master can’t be used because the stopper in broken. All in all, we had a great time but if these kinds of thingswould bother you... you might reconsider. Also.. if your looking for a quiet stay... this is not your place. Bars, restaurants, boardwalk and trash truck noise is a reality.

Newport Beach Front

Easy to book, check in and check out. Plenty of kitchenware and beach towels. Nice being able to walk right out onto the beach and have eating areas close by. Appreciated having two parking spots but it took A LOT of maneuvering to get a VW Atlas and a VW Golf parked into them. Road construction made it difficult to access the property the day we arrived with numerous closed streets and one way streets. The locking mechanism on the bottom floor slider was broken and the second floor accordion slider was partially inoperable and wouldn’t lock. We appreciated the big kitchen table and seating and the faux wood flooring throughout (no icky carpet).

Great house for fun in the sun

The house was great. Very central location to the shops and dining and just a couple steps to the sand. We had 3 families stay here and it fit us perfectly. We'd stay here again.
