Hotel was in good location but had lots of issues… mold in bathroom, zero water pressure in shower, only one outlet in room worked the plugs would just fall out, only one washer and dryer for entire hotel, ice machines were empty or did not work on every floor but the third. Breakfast was a typical hotel bkfst. Not the best quality but Tim Hortons is close by! On a positive staff was friendly and beds were comfortable

Front desk associate during our check in on 12/30 was incredibly respectful and kind. Breakfast was better than usual for Holiday Inn Express hotels. Only downside was they did not restock yogurt or fruit during later breakfast hours. Location was close to downtown Niagara but a little ways out enough to feel more private and away from the noise and lights - also saves on cost! Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and our overall stay was very pleasant. Thank you for a great stay!

Night shift staff were fine but the day staff were super friendly and courteous. Room was very large and spacious. Clean and lots of room amenities. Loved the quality of pillows on the bed. The bathroom was an odd shape and the floor tiles in front of the sink were loose and moved when stepped on. Breakfast was included and quite a lot of options.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this location. The pool was nice and open every day we were there. Front desk staff was extremely not like professional and professional and helpful. Next time we are going to need a hotel we will stay at this location. Highly recommend.
