Awesome Clean Relaxing Stay

Amazing Staff between the front desk manager and the bar tender. It has a nice bar and grill upstairs. Excellent food and excellent service! Breakfast was clean, cooked well, and well kept. Pool was clean as well!

Was ant infested. Moved only to right next door and laundry room was full of ants as well. Owner left a note for the front if we asked for a refunde to say no. Very rude and disrespectful will never go back or refer anyone

Great hotel close to Niagara Falls

It was the nicest holiday inn express hotel we have visited. Clean common areas and room, comfortable beds, and a great breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

There were a couple of issues with maintenance to the building, but these in no way affected the quality of our stay: In one of our rooms, the carpet was in need of stretching. In the other, there was a problem with the ambient lighting above the headboards of the beds, it was flickering, so we had to leave it shut off. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The man taking care of the breakfast area was very professional and welcoming and did an excellent job. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The room was huge, but dark and upon entering the room the carpet had what appeared to be large oil stains. I liked the setup of the room. The driveway into the hotel needs to be repaved. Minor things I could’ve overlooked but the front desk agent… what a mess. He was dressed like he was a seventies singer in Vegas & I would’ve overlooked it… if I hadn’t booked

Pretty nice place

Overall the hotel was quite nice and the owners/ staff were very helpful. My only complaint would be the awful smell of the cleaning products they use in the hallway and the fact that every television in the common areas tuned in to Fox News. That seems a little aggressive considering people are likely on vacation and don't particularly want to look at that garbage the minute they walk into a hotel or every time they pass a television within the building. Had there been different stations on each television it wouldn't have been so bothersome but it really was right wing media overload. We rode the elevator with a man who had to cover his face due to the smell of the cleaning products making him nauseous. I don't know why the smell is so strong and overbearing in the hallways because it is not so in the rooms and everything looks very clean.We did enjoy our stay and even extended it. For anyone who doesn't mind very strong smells or right-wing media you would probably be very happy here.
