"I was given the room on the ground floor. There are two guest rooms and a door leading to what I assume are living quarters for the live in manager. I was constantly disturbed by the banging door of the manager, followed by a grinding noise, talking outside my bedroom door (the check in and out area) and even a dog barking inside the staff area. This noise was throughout the day and into the early hours. It then started again at around 08:45 in the morning, for check outs, with seemingly no consideration for the guest in the room trying to lie in. The room itself was lovely, king size bed, modern powerful shower, clean and comfortable. There was no window in the room, which didn’t bother me, but might some people. I would definitely stay here again, but NO WAY accept a room on the ground floor if you want a lie in or a quiet stay."

"The hotel is lovely staff are very helpful rooms are very clean. Our room was so hot at night but we found a fan in the wardrobe so that helped so much. The food was lovely . The entertainment was good. Hotel is quite far out from the centre but the tram stop in right outside the hotel. We had a really good stay and would definitely go back again."

"Had a lovely clean en-suite room overlooking the sea. The staff we met with couldn’t have been more helpful. There’s parking on the front of the hotel but if it’s full there are 3 long stay car parks bang next door. We were in Blackpool to go to The Opera House/Winter Gardens and this was ideal as it was only 10-15mins walk ( all nice and flat) to get there. The hotel bar was open 24hrs which as we arrived back quite late was nice to sit and chill before heading off to our room. If/when next in Blackpool will definitely go back here."
