Staff member who checked us in was very unhelpful. No eye contact, no greeting, no amenity explanation. Had to ask him about everything he should have covered with a smile. Room furniture was dated and damaged. Dinner was minimally edible though the restaurant staff member was pleasant and helpful. For the price, this should all be MUCH better. 3rd time here - won't be back.

We been coming here for a couple of years to celebrate my kids birthdays all they want is to come here to celebrate they really enjoy the clean pool the hot tub and the food and the staff and the rooms are really clean , thank you doubletree for another wonderful time
