"They treated us with the utmost respect. Were able to speak in French and English. Everytime we left our room and came back the room was cleaned..it was magical.. I've never seen such commitment to cleanliness at a hotel...They quite possibly cleaned 2 to 3 times per day. The resturants at the hotel were impeccable. The Hotel is literally the center of attention in the whole city. We could not have chosen a better hotel for our anniversary. Very impressed. "

"This is a beautiful hotel in the centre of the Quebec city. The room is comfortable and breakfast comes in a bag outside the door each morning. It made us stay in the city really easy as we could leave the car and walk around. "
