"Nobody cleaned the room during our stay. For breakfast, they keep running out of coffee and there are not a lot of options such as having only boiled egg. I have never had breakfast after first day. Also, they are handwashing plates, which kind of arising hygiene problems if you ask me."

"Hotel was a lovely example of the history and architecture in old Quebec. Our room was spacious and bright. Hotel Manager was very helpful. Beware though, that there are no elevators and carrying suitcases up 2-3 flights of stairs can be a challenge."

"The staff was superb. They arranged to hold our luggage until our room was ready. And called when the room was available for early check on. Suggested and arranged bus tour for us that was great. The room was beautifully appointed and clean. Did not get to use pool or gym but looked at them and regret not having time to use."

"My wife travel a fair amount. Our stay at Le Capitole has been one of the best experiences in recent memory. The hallways, the rooms, the exterior and grand entranceway were incredible. My said it’s the most beautiful hotel she has stayed in. The staff are top notch. A front desk employee (Lina) actually walked us to our room. I’ve never experienced this. 5 stars for Le Capitole….."
