"Lovely unesco approved property right beside Chateau Frontenac, fronting a garden (jardin) square park. Our small (expected) 3rd floor room had a beautiful view of the park and I even saw the lovely sunrise from our attic windows. There is no elevators so be prepared to trek up 39 stairs to 3rd floor (doable since every 3-5 steps turn at a landing), by the end we were feeling very fit. Steps away is the terrace of Fronteac and boardwalk, so we could easily walk everywhere in Vieux Quebec. Lovely staff were helpful and accommodating. "
