Book a hotel near Quartier Petit Champlain, Old Quebec

"When we arrived the front desk personnel was not very friendly and when he spoke he talked in a very quiet voice. We asked him to repeat himself a few times. We had room 405, it was extremely noisy to try to sleep in. The following morning we went to the front desk we spoke to a young guy and requested to move rooms, no problem with a very little cost to us we moved to room 304. This room was perfect, quiet and clean. The young woman at the desk was very friendly, very polite would have liked her for more , as everytime we walked by and made feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is amazing, perfectly located to get to everything we needed. The restaurant attached was great, the food was excellent."

"The staff were very helpful a special shout out to Nancy who made sure we got checked in after hours. Due to aircraft issues leaving Toronto we didn't get to the hotel until 12:30 AM. Nancy made sure there was no issue checking in after hours by texting us the security code and an after hours number to call if we had any problems."
