• SOLARA RESORT FLOW-RIDE SURF SIMULATOR:
For a fee, you can enjoy a surf simulator or take surf lessons. Please contact the resort office for scheduling your spot!

• PARKING: Free!
You may park on our driveway or on the resort designated areas.

• HOUSE GATE:
There is a gate to access the community, this gate requires a code to get in.

• RESORT GATE:
The resort is gated with security 24/7. Photo ID is required to enter the community.

All interactions are via Messages / Inbox / Chat. If there is something urgent that has to be communicated we will contact guest via telephone.

• AMENITIES:
Most amenities are included in the rate, except FlowRide Surf Simulator, the Resort charges a fee for this optional activity.

• PRIVATE POOL & SPA:
The private pool & Spa have a water heating system available for an extra cost per day. This is an optional cost and should be requested in advance. Price displayed in House Rules.

• GRILL:
The house is equipped with a gas grill that is available for use for an extra cost for the entire stay. This is an optional cost and should be requested in advance. Price displayed in House Rules.

• PACKAGES / ONLINE ORDERS:
We are not responsible for any loss or undelivered packages. Please make sure your package is delivered during your stay.

USPS: Packages will NOT be delivered as USPS does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

AMAZON / UPS / DHL / FEDEX: Packages will be delivered and left at the doorstep of the property. Please make sure the seller does not use USPS.

• HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. If you need mid-stay cleaning services it can be requested for an additional fee.

• SUPPLIES:
Our Starter-Pack includes the following items:

- 2 Toilet paper roll per bathroom
- 1 Mini Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap per bathroom
- 1 paper towel roll in kitchen
- 1 garbage bag in each garbage can
- 1 spare garbage bag in each garbage can
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 liquid dish soap/detergent
- 2 pods for dishwasher
- 2 pods for washer machine
- 2 Bottles of water

These are complimentary items for first night, but guest is responsible for bringing their own supplies for the rest of the stay.

• FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.

• TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please place trash in the house trash bin daily to keep our home clean. You may find it on the front porch.
#1 This is a family friendly property. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.

#2 No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Overnight visitors not listed on your reservation will add $100 fee per visitor per day.

#3 Occupancy limits: 16 guests.

#4 Guests will respect and follow all community guidelines listed inside the property and Resort.

#5 Services outages of power, TV cable, internet, water, and/or phone are not responsibility of the host. There is no refund due outage of any of mentioned services when is out of host control and responsibility.

#6 Guest understands and agrees to the following conditions and fees:

a) Smoking: Smoking (of any kind) is prohibit. Guest must pay $200 fee for each day of smoking in the property.

b) Pets: Pets (of any kind) are NOT allowed anytime. Guest must pay $200 fee for each day not following this rule.

c) Parties/Events: Parties and/or events are not allowed anytime at this property. Guest must pay $200 fee for each day of any event and/or party in the property.

d) Flushing tampons, pads or other feminine hygiene products down the toilet: $400 fee to cover inconveniences and invoice amount from plumber or service company.

e) Late checkout: $100 fee if guest checkout is after one (1) hour of checkout time. We need time to clean the property for next guest.

f) Extra Cleaning Fee: If guest leaves the property too dirty and/or messy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. This also applies to the use of glitter, confetti, silly string, water balloons, bath bombs or hair dye, which are not allowed at this property.

g) There is a $15 fee to return forgotten personal items to guest address by mail, plus the cost of the shipping label and packaging used.

h) Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest`s payment.

#7 No illegal downloads from the internet account of this property.

#8 Guest ensure to have a crime free record and won`t carry any weapons to the property. Weapons are not allowed in this property.

#9 If any non following of the house rules by a guest leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.

#10 By booking with us, you understand that you are a `Guest` to our place and not a `Tenant`, only allowed to stay for the time booked and agreeing to leave the property on check-out time.

#11 We do not permit any Experiences or Services of any kind at this properties. Any guest attempting to bring a third-party service without host written approval will have their reservation cancelled with no refund.

#12 The private pool & Spa have a water heating system available for an extra cost of $50 per day. This is an optional cost and should be requested in advance.

#13 The house is equipped with a gas grill that is available for use for an extra cost of $50 for the entire stay. This is an optional cost and should be requested in advance.

#14 Any violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
