Nice house, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The house is nice. It's a bit run down and the bed in the master bedroom is awful. You can feel the wires and every time you move it creaks, waking you up from sleep. The doors creak every time you open them; they definitely need a new bed.It's missing dishes and blender in the kitchen, so it doesn't feel like home.

not great, but not terrible

The property is as advertised. Good location, and the company was responsive. However, upon arrival, we kept finding issue after issue of small problems. Not extreme, but enough to have to note, so we weren't accused of the problems. Blinds in master bedroom didnt work, and the chain to turn the blinds closed was ceased. Other blinds had similar issues working. There was a cupboard face fallen off. The garbureator didnt work. The stove had 2x top elements that didnt work - they fixed the next day. We paid a large fee ($35/day, when most other properties in FL seem to only charge $15/day) to heat the pool, as it was a bit cooler the 3rd week of Feb2024 when we were there - pool heater was broken - so couldnt use the pool (was refunded). Lastly, the place was clean, except for hi-up on the high ceilings. The furnace vents are clearly and visibly VERY DIRTY, leaving dirt on the ceiling as well. The furniture in the front living room is very old, and the dirt so ground into the arm rests, looks to be almost impossible to get out, and the front of the arm rests, starting to rip. We arrived on the Sat, with instructions to put the large garbage can to the road on Wed night for collection. However it was left for us, already overflowing with garbage, that we couldnt even put our own garbage out. I would recommend to the property owner, to maybe spend a few dollars fixing all the small issues - like new blinds, some new furniture, clean the ceilng vents, etc.

Terrible Property not at all as depicted on the virbo site

The house was in a good location but was filthy, pool never did work so couldn’t be used. Outdoor furniture was awful there were four $5.00 plastic chairs and two lingers with no cushions. Blinds were all rusty furniture dirty carpets stained. The air conditioning couldn’t be used because the vents were all so dirty and plug with dust and dirt. Totally disappointing that virbo lists this property as a Premium host.

House was Amazing But not Clean

House itself was really nice however it wasn't very clean. The master bedroom sheets had to be washed before use they had stuff on them. The master bedroom shower had hair in the floor and none of us had even used it. There were dishes that had pieces of food stuck in them. The furniture had some holes in one piece particular and the main living room furniture was just filthy and you sank in. The springs were wore out. The beds were in horrible shape, the king bed was broken in the middle we literally could see it and there was a screw on the floor. The mattresses were horrible on every bed. Now the staff that is running it were very nice and polite. The pool took 4 day before we had heat warm enough to even think about getting in. It was so cold. We paid for heat! The area was very nice area the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. I think it is overcharged for what we had wrong.

Furchtbares Ferienhaus

Zuerstmal : Die Fotos im Inserat sind bestimmt 20 Jahre alt.Angefangen hat es damit,das der Code fürs Haus nicht bei der Vermietung im Briefkasten war(Nachts 24 Uhr ).Wir suchten dann eine free Wifi Verbindung und da hatten wir dann eine Mail mit Haus Code.Am nächsten Morgen ,dann der Schock als wir die Terrasse betraten :1 defekte Liege ,auf der sich 2 vollkommen verdreckte Auflagen befanden.Dann 3 kaputte Stühle ,beim Setzen ist unser Sohn mit einem Stuhl zusammen gebrochen.In einer Ecke stand noch ein kaputter Klappstuhl.Der Boden war total verdreckt und überall lag Müll rum !!!!Die Fliegengaze war an sehr vielen Stellen kaputt ,so das Sträucher in den Poolbereich ragten.Der Whirlpool war auch defekt,das wurde den Mitarbeitern gemeldet.Eine Matratze war so dermassen schlecht ,das man darauf nicht schlafen konnte ,aber auch alle anderen Matratzen quitschten und knarrten bei jeder Bewegung.Desweiteren war der Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt.Nach 4maliger Fahrt zum Vermieter wurde dann der Poolbereich gereinigt und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet.Die Gaze wurde notdürftig repariert ,sowie auch der Wasserhahn in der Küche.Auch eine Matratze wurde ausgetauscht.Der Whirlpool blieb die ganze Zeit defekt.Das Vermieterbüro bot uns 10 % für 4 Tage an ,viel zu wenig ,da uns 2 Tage Urlaub verloren gegangen sind.
