Villa Sol-Orlando is located in a scenic residential area, approximately 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. The area is surrounded by large 100-year old oak trees and located near East Lake Toho, one of Orlando's largest lakes. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Grocery store and Walgreens pharmacy within a short walking distance. Additional shopping centers, restaurants, and several golf courses are a quick 5 to 10 minutes away. Villa Sol has ideally situated near all the major attractions in Orlando with Disney parks a 15-20 min drive. Over 100 golf courses can be reached in less than 40 min drive, the two closest are only 7-9 minutes away. Just 10 minutes from Villa Sol is a leisure center offering Airboat Rides or fishing excursions on East Lake Toho. Cocoa Beach, a wonderful beach on the Atlantic coast (east) with distinct brown sugar sandy beaches, is only a 45-minute drive. Just 90 minutes west, you will come to Tampa and Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico where you can experience the most beautiful soft white powder sand and gorgeous sunsets from beach restaurants. Beautiful location, centrally located.

We loved staying here! This house was fantastic, in a great neighborhood, and centrally located to all the attractions we came to visit. We loved the air conditioning, and we especially loved the pool! The location, right on the lake, was one of the most beautiful spots we have stayed in. We would love to stay here again on a return trip to Orlando.

The property was beautiful and was as described. We did have some issues with the gate for my in laws where someone else cut them off but we had no other issues after that. We would love to stay here again.

Personal Private Pool

We have never stayed in a property with a lenai, and this one had a heated pool and view of a large pond. It was very spacious and clean. Also well-equipped with kitchen & bath accessories. Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back; next time with a couple of grandkids maybe?

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the pool. This was the best vacation rental we have stayed at. The home is in a community with an HOA. I would recommend asking specific questions prior to booking. The HOA rules could effect your stay. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for an Orlando vacation!

Enjoyed the stay

First, let me say that we would stay here again. It is a well designed, spacious house in a nice neighborhood. There were a few minor things that could be addressed: (1) the rug in the living room should be professionally cleaned, (2) the tvs were difficult for us to get programmed, and (3) we were unable to find any dishcloths. Other than those things, this is a great place to stay & we will probably come back next time we are in Florida.

Great house

Great location, neighborhood & view. Very roomy and clean. I suggest bringing your own pillows though... Very flat & uncomfortable. No pillow protectors or mattress protectors on bed. Mgmt very responsive & accommodating. Would definitely suggest this home & would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Spent five weeks there, great location for the parks. Lots to see on the lake. Our kids and spouses visited for a few days each and toured around. Very quite and secure, sidewalks on each side of the street made for good walking. Pool was cooler than expected, but the price for pool heat was $40. a day, had to book all or none. Our kids would have paid for a week each but we could not do that. Would have been nice to have access to the garage.

Definitely recommend

We had a great week in this house and in the city. Hassle-free getting in and out of house and the neighborhood. I would recommend getting the pool heated. You’d think You wouldn’t need to since its Florida in the summer but that water was cold! There was a problem with the WiFi and although we never got it fixed, mgmt response was immediate. Would definitely consider staying here again
