Recently renovated, this gorgeous, luxury condo at Vista Cay Resort is ready to make all of your vacation dreams come true. Its prime, first-floor location means you are literally steps away from the clubhouse, featuring a gym, spa, movie theater and of course, crystal clear swimming pools!

**This unit is fully Handicapped Accessible**

Boasting with style and comfort, the stylish living room is completed with a flat-screen TV (w/ DVD player) and plush couch, making it easy to kick your feet up and relax after a long day. Wireless internet is included.

Just outside the sliding glass doors is a private patio space that looks out on the resort clubhouse! This is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, snacks and drinks, and the dining room features a table to seat six.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed with pillow top mattress, and private en-suite. The second bedroom also has a king bed with en-suite while the third bedroom includes two twin beds.
**Each bedroom has its own 20-inch flat screen TV with DVD player**

For additional sleeping space, there is also a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area. This home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Convenient but a little lacking

This location was convenient to our activities at the convention center. The cookware was lower quality. The cleanliness of the place wasn’t great either. Also caught of guard by housekeeping entering the apartment unannounced and using code to enter without knocking.

Trip for AKC dog shows

Property was beautiful and convenient to the convention center. Unit was well stocked with kitchen items making it easy to prepare meals in the unit. Large Jack and Jill bathroom was nice for multiple couples staying in the condo. We had a great trip and would love to come back to this unit next year.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

We came for a cheer competition at the Orange County Convention Center. The convenient location to the convention center and near by amenities made the weekend much less hectic. The condo as well as the resort was clean and comfortable. The property management company communicated very which made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in that area.

Very Nice

This is the second year in a row I have used this condo. It is a great place on the first floor. The new decor is very nice. Condo is convenient to everything you need in Orlando. I will definitely try to book again.

Poor mgt rude staff

Definitely would not recommend. Communication is poor, staff kept asking for selfie with driver's license in hand when it was already sent four times. Did not received check-in instruction when they said they sent it, had to ask them three times. Did not give me instruction on parking area nor the parking code. Had to go to the customer service at the area and ask them that and get them where we shd park and what's the parking code. They were surprise we didn't get that with check-in instruction. The unit is not the same as in picture, one room has neither closet that can be use or drawers to put our clothes. The dining table is broken and was fixed on our 5th day of stay. There was no communication prior to when the person is coming he came when we were not around. Rude staff on the phone, hang up on me when I was complaining about the locked closet, did not give any good solution and was asking me to put our clothes at the drawers under the living room tv, which papers can only fit (very stupid). The place is clean and near Universal, other than that nothing else is good.

We enjoy staying at Vista Cay and this property did not disappoint. The property seemed a little “tired” but nothing a lick of paint wouldn’t fix. The kitchen was clean and tidy as was the rest of the property, other than a thin film of dust on the bedroom furniture and under the coffee table (but this may because nobody had been in the property before us) and it did not distract from our stay. We did have an issue during our stay but the management company responded to our email within minutes and a representative was on site within 2 hours to resolve the issue. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Universal/Disney Trip

Great location. Description was accurate. Had a great deal of marks on the wall from being a rental. My son stepped on a curtain that was on the floor and the curtain rod pulled out of the wall and hit him. From the looks of it, it was just barely screwed into the wall. Due to fraud, I got a new credit card. Casiola sent an e-mail to me on a Sunday that I had 24 hours to update my credit card or they would cancel my booking. I called them the same day and their office was closed and the message said to call back during normal business hours which was 9am Monday. I called right at 9am Monday to update my credit card and they canceled my booking. I had to rebook at a higher price even though I contacted them within 24 hours. It's 3 weeks later and I still haven't received a credit for them canceling my reservation. Beware of Casiola's business practices.

Overall very pleased

I was pleased with the location and condition of the property. Check in and check out was seemless. The condo offered all the amenities needed to feel at home, including a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals when we didn't want to done out. The only issue we had was an exorbitant "damages" fee, which we are disputing. Nothing in the unit was damaged. I would stay there again, but would have a member of the staff walk through the unit before we left to verify the condition.

Great location

Nice, ground floor location right by the pool and club house. We went to Universal during this stay which was just a few minutes down the street. Be sure to check your personal email after booking because Casiola will be emailing you important information and requests. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

This place is located within minutes of all major theme parks in Orlando. The condo is in a nice gated community and the unit did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

Great Orlando location

The property is convenient to Orlando-area attractions. At check-in, it was immaculately clean. We would definitely stay there again if we were to travel to the area. There are, however, a few areas we would recommend for improvement. While the unit sleeps eight individuals, there is only seating for four at the table. If family meals are important, this is a shortcoming. Also, there were only eight place settings (meaning that dishes had to be washed before the next meal).

Property is very conveniently located close to the parks

Property is very conveniently located close to the parks and does not use toll roads. This unit is wonderful for pets as it is on the first floor and very close to the beautiful walking trail. The only drawbacks are the very worn couch (it is the only seating in the den and is quite saggy), loose bed frames (all were squeaky and the twin beds seem to tilt if not lying directly in the middle) and lack of ceiling fans (humidity is rough in FLA). However, cleanliness and location make up for all of this and we would likely stay here again.
