The only things that I liked about the resort was the cleanliness and the upkeep of it. I didn’t like the customer service and transportation issues if you don’t have a car there. Just to give an example of the customer service, my wife and I called the front desk to request transportation to an on-site restaurant that was too far for us to walk. The lady told us to wait out in front of our building and she would send someone to pick us up. We waited for 30 minutes and nobody came to get us. I talked to the lady at the front desk again and she said that because of Covid they’re not providing transportation. Why wasn’t this information shared with us before we arrived? We could’ve got a rental car. That’s only one example of the lack of communication at this resort. We definitely won’t be returning there.

check in, went to the rm, the rm was open went in, the kitchen was not clean, the floor was not clean,there was a smell. the room was not ready.
