Our stay is okay . And they’re pet friendly it only cost me $33 a night for my pet unlike the other place . The front desk who assisted me she’s really nice and helpful.

Great family option

Great location for Universal Trips. A quick walk to the outlet mall. Hotel room was quiet and great pool. Shuttle for Universal was limited and the rooms could use a slight update but overall very happy.

We were happy they accommodated early check in. Walking distance to the outlets and universal studios but the shuttle was convenient. Room was nice but layout of sink outside the bathroom was strange. Also woke up with multiple bug bites on 2 of the nights. Housekeeping only comes after 3rd night and the housekeeper did a really good job cleaning everything but unfortunately threw out a souvenir gift that was on a shelf in a universal studios gift bag.... waiting for follow up on that. Pool was nice but lots of birds so a lot of bird poop in the pool :/. Gym really needs an update. Overall clean and location is good
