The hot tub and pool are nice! The rooms were relatively clean and everything worked properly. Very close to universal parks and they offered shuttles to and from.

Reliably great!

I stay at this hotel *every year* when I go to HHN. It is incredibly close to Universal. Rooms are consistently clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the service is excellent. I love the new cafe they opened in the lobby building which is conveniently open from 6am - midnight every day. Breakfast was fantastic! I never have an issue finding a parking spot. I never have an issue with noisy neighbors. I will continue coming to my second "home" every year!

Great value for money

Overall, good value for money. Not great if you’re looking to spend all day at hotel but a great place to stay if you’re trying to spend most of the day at the park. The bathroom was small though.
