Overall a nice stay. The location and property were good. Staff was great, shout out to Kelly and the Valets!!! Parking was a nightmare, $32 a night!!! The free street parking spaces were not marked!!! The bathroom was recently remodeled, but tiles weren't finished. The bathroom amenities were great but didn't fit in the shower and fell like a booby trap.

We found cockroaches in the room. Also, no towels. Also, no light at pool in the evening. We tried to change rooms but none available. Reported cockroaches to manager. Only refunded us $20 on room. Will not stay here again.

Valet was efficient coming and going, checked in with friendly staff and offered hot cookies. Can only get to your room with your room key. The room is extremly clean and cosy. Was so close to the arena will be booking again soon

Double Tree for the Win

From Valet to Check in to Bartendar, it was a wonderful experience. All were friendly and helpful. Thanks also for the recommendation of the cute little Italian Place down the road.
