The room was clean, staff was friendly. I did not like the fact that I had to pay $32 to park, after paying $161 for the room for one night's stay. Also, there was no complimentary breakfast. The free cookies were a nice touch and we enjoyed them! The prices in the restaurant were way too much---$16 for oatmeal!

The cookies at check in were good. The parking listing was not clear. I have mobility limits and the free parking was a busy street off site. Had to pay $38 for valet. The beds are uncomfortable and the room was moldy smelling.

Compliments: Aware of Guests, Eye Contact, Welcoming, Positive Attitude, Smiling, Friendly and Informative. Hotel Location: Invest in placing Address on the Building under the Double Tree by Hilton. UBER Driver canceled pick up as they could not see a sign with your address. Cut down the hedges located street side. While waiting for UBER pick up, a person on a bike got off, pulled down his pants and urinated in the hedges street side! Hotel Amenities: Train Front Desk how to operate the machines to make coffee, tea, and or hot chocolate. They were too happy to say, " Sorry, it is closed-come back in the morning." I hope you realize some of your guest are Travelers and enjoy drinking HOT Beverages after a long day at Conferences. When I stood waiting several other guests were wanting to purchase HOT beverages too! Hotel Room: Could hear the guests downstairs window side. Hotel Elevators: Please remove the wooden barriers that are blocking the view of the elevators. Guests look to see who is going up the elevators-poor visual site-unsafe.
