This is the second year we stayed at this property. The staff is friendly, property stays clean, beds and pillows are comfortable, pool area and bar is very nice also. The hot breakfast is amazing and delicious. I like that the pool and bar stays open until 11pm. My son met some other boys to play with also which is nice. We will be back next April for spring break and the price for double bed queen is very affordable. Thank you all. Amanda Kidd

Close to SeaWorld, close walking distance to restaurants. Could remodel bathroom. Would be nice if pool would be heated. Coctails near pool was too high. Souldnt charge for parking at hotel.

Horrible experience tv/remote wouldn’t work, fan in bathroom didn’t work door open still too steamy, got locked out key card wouldn’t work had to drive around to front to get in. Manager very rude, hot tub full of little kids so adults couldn’t use it, pool was freezing cold, beds super comfy, hotel full but was quiet at night couldn’t hear anything in room. We will not go back after the way the manager treated us when we made complaints
