Relaxing Getaway

The house we rented was tastefully decorated and well supplied with the essentials. The five bedrooms were put to good use as our son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren joined us. We encountered a few minor maintenance issues but Titan Homes, the property managers, were easy to reach and quick to deal with any concerns. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

We were 6 seniors staying so not interested in Disney but house is certainly in fantastic area. Lots of restaurants and church was close by House was very clean with sufficient kitchen supplies. All beds comfortable and bedding was excellent. The house is kept up to date as far as furniture . A few minor problems (dryer not working…alarm system beeping) both taken care of within a day. Pool heater also had a problem for one of our weeks…again taken care of and we were refunded for a week of heat. Wonderful stay at this property and would recommend to anyone Only update we can comment on is new outdoor cushions and pool blanket needs replacing . Great month in this house.

This home was in a great area. The home was clean and perfect for my family. The area was quiet and had a lot of great restaurants near by. If you want to be close to Disney/Seaworld/Orlando Studios, but far enough in a quiet neighborhood, this is the house for you.

Nice and homey

We loved this property and it’s in a really great location. From booking to checking in everything was hassle free. I read all previous reviews. I knew what to expect and what previous renters spoke about before renting. I rented knowing those things and didn’t take anything away from my review because of those things. I don’t recall reading anything about the bedding and that would be my only suggestion. The bedrooms could use new comforters. Other than that we would definitely rent again. Thank you Misti!

Definitely need new cookware the pans are so burnt you don’t want to cook in them especially the fry pans , cabinets paint peeling , sofas are stained & cushions flat , sink in master bathroom needs replacing , oven and fridge need replacing of light bulbs, need more bath towels , description was true of the house , just in desperate need of purchasing new items , myself and friends wasn’t happy at all , the house had some good but much bad , toilet bowl needed a good scrubbing Very disappointed

Great place for vacation

Overall, the house was a great place to stay for a vacation getaway. It had plenty of room for the 10 people. Everything was provided we needed for our stay. Only upgrade I suggest is a new coffee maker. Any question I had, the owner responded within an hour. I would stay here again.

Check in process was easy, just a lock box key. As advertised there was the correct number of beds and a pool. When I had questions or concerns I was able to reach a live person. However, This property just didn't allow for a comfortable stay for my family and I. Cleanliness was an issue. This property needs some updating and TLC. The carpet needs to be changed, it has unappealing large stains in several areas. The sink in the MB was filled of rust stains...unsanitary, and the living room furniture has holes on the bar stools and multiple stains. The Living room ceiling fan is COVERED in dust. How do you clean a property and miss that. I Don't expect things to be perfect, but I do expect it to appear clean. I Would not stay here again. I did use the contact number they provided to speak with someone. I even sent pics of the concerned items. They simple said they would pass on my feedback to reservation, housekeeping and maintenance team.

Good location

Great home base for extended family with enough room for everyone and in a quiet neighborhood. 20 minutes to Disney World, 40 minutes to Universal Studios. The security key lock is a bit tricky to open, be patient. Had small problem with the pool, emailed company and problem repaired next day. Nearest grocery store is Walmart, don’t get caught with Publix grocery on the way to house, it’s rather expensive. Family was disappointed the pool table was removed. This home is self-catering (which was new for us), and means you need to bring or purchase everything; laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Great to have onsite laundry facilities but the dryer takes a long time to dry anything. We would stay there again.

Yellow house - Silver Creek

The house was as described and had 5 available bedrooms. After a few days the pool began to smell strange (we were barely using it and the day it smelled was the day we had planned to stay home to swim). Luckily, the next day was the pool cleaning day, but the odor was a bit of a bummer. We went to Disney and Universal and the drive was around 30 minutes in the morning, 40-60 at night due to traffic. It was manageable. Bring your own toilet paper (there were only 2 rolls)- but there are plenty of towels!

Small and sweet

While there were several fixable issues with the unit, overall the beauty and size of the house overshadowed the small inconveniences. The kids really enjoyed the pool and trying to catch the little lizards that ran around.
