The room was very clean. The staff at the bar was excellent for serving dinner. Will definitely return.

Didn't get the room we wanted, TV service went out and swimming pool was full of dead bugs. Not enough towels and toiletries in bathroom.

Got to the hotel at 10:50 pm. They had three people checking guests in but unfortunately only one person knew what they were doing. Waited till 11:10 to be able to check in. I had a reservation but the staff member struggled and needed the manager’s help. Finally, at 11:20 she gave me a key and sent me to my room. Unfortunately someone was in that room and I had to come back down and get a different room. At 11:30 I got into my room.
