Good attitude and service

At the bar the food was good very generous portions and reasonably priced . Nice guy at register gave me extra patties on my burger and all people service oriented and respectful. Will visit again on next trip

Pool hours are up until 10 because it is outside and towels are set out there for ease of access, nice. I did not like the surprise $50 each day holding cost though. The room service made the beds but did not remove or replace used towels or amenities and did not give us a new trash bag so we had to put our trash in a shopping bag the next two days after that. The receptionist on the first night warned us of a locked door scenario for security after midnight without room card (which i am totally fine with) but that was actually not something they did when I returned at 2 AM and the door opened without needing verification of stay. The phones cut out on us twice when talking to reception and we never got a call back either time.

We had an easy stay. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was amazing, staff were amazing. The one thing I wish was better was the size of the restroom AND the cleanliness of the shower. Yuck! It had mildew on the walls.

The hotel was nice. They need more help at the front desk. I did not like that I was charged 30.00 for parking for a 2 day stay after paying to stay at this hotel parking should be included. I also was charged 17.00 out of my 100.00 deposit that they could not tell me why.
