Our vacation villa is lovely and just renovated. Everything is New! The villa is located just 15 minutes away from Disney. This house will bring much fun to families, friends and groups looking for a weekend of fun or enjoy the great theme parks around.

Our house accommodates a family or group of 8 people.

- 1 QUEEN size bedroom with its own private bathroom, closet and a 43" flat screen TV with cable.
- 1 QUEEN size bedroom with its own closet.
- 2 BUNK BEDS in the Avengers third bedroom with its own closet.
* Fully equipped KITCHEN with exotic granite countertops.

Living room with a FULL size sofa bed, a 46" flat screen TV with cable and NETFLIX. Enjoy the convenience of private WIFI!
Private LAUNDRY room with a full size washer and dryer!
You also have the freedom to enjoy the privacy of having your own brand new Hot Tub with entertainment area with amazing lake view.

* Pets are welcomed (Pet Fee May apply $100/per stay)

The Resort:
Private vacation villa with hot tub and keyless entry. Guests have access to the Resort's amenities with no additional charge. Resort has a wide variety of amenities such as pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, tennis court, mini golf, play ground, movie theater, gym, sauna, tiki bar, and much more. The resort is guarded and gated 24 hours for guest's safety.

Important:
All linen and towels are provided. A starter kit of house supplies is provided with enough to get you started. You can enjoy a private hot tub with lake view 24 hours and all of the resort's amenities. Trash disposal and collection is every day, please place trash in the garbage disposal outside of the house to keep a clean home.

Very enjoyable stay

Our checkin was smooth and a couple minor issues were resolved immediately. Our host Ian was readily available when needed, and he reached out to us to make sure that all was well during our stay. My wife and I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Could have been amazing, but missed the mark.

The resort is a nice, large neighborhood with awesome staff. This unit backs up to the pond & has a patio & hottub. The club pool is warm but small & the pool deck/pool were busy most of our stay with weather in low 60s. The Tiki bar is affordable & has great staff. The resort feels very isolated. it takes about 15 minutes to Old Town, longer to Disney, etc. Not a good area for a runner. Our issues started at check in. The unit has only a single key - not a code which inhibits separating from your travel party. Our key got stuck in the lock upon check in and the owner was unresponsive until the next day - we couldnt leave. The unit is lovely and has a great starter set of TP/soap, but lacks kitchen necessities like a cookie sheet and utensils. The cook pans (minus a frying pan) are beat up and the utensils are melted plastic. There isn't an instruction manual for the TV or when the hottub is serviced. The hottub cover is falling apart and duct taped together and styrofoam and leather pieces ended up in the hottub (gross). The master toilet runs and needs repair and the shower is incorrectly where it turns on to hot and not cold. Most of the vertical blinds are not complete. in the master, there were many missing and the curtains are sheer, so it was light in the bedroom every morning and you could see bedroom activity from outside. The doorwall screen/track broken. We had service come out 2x (very nice workers) not how we want to spend a vacation. My fam says 3 stars

We enjoyed our 4-week stay. The home was clean and very comfortable and close to Theme Parks, Golf Courses and all amenities. Our Host, Ian, was very easy to work with and resolved our Patio and Hot Tub concerns immediately. The only complaint for us was that there was no telephone landline and therefore not able to call locally or back to Canada. I would highly recommend this Vacation Home.

Excellent in every way!

This is a great place to stay. It was easy to find. The instructions on entering the home were clear and helpful. The home was clean and beautiful. My family of 4 stayed there and were very comfortable! The hot tub was the main reason I wanted this place, and it delivered! It was a great weekend. Thank you to our amazing hosts, Ian was so easy to get in touch with if needed. Check-out was a breeze with detailed instructions on what was expected of us. We actually talked about booking again in the future!

Our main reason for choosing this property was the hot tub. It would not heat and we left three messages with the owner Regarding the tub and a TV that did not work without response We contacted VRBO three times and were put on hold for 20 plus minutes and finally hung up The third VRBO call resulted in our securing the owners text number We finally received results for the tv but nothing regarding the hot tub We were so disappointed we left early
