Lake Front Condo is very well maintained 1st floor.
Vista Cay Resort Orlando features over 900 luxury condominiums and town homes with two and three bedrooms in a secluded master planned development. Spanning over 1,500 acres, Vista Cay comfort and elegance for every visitor. From families and couples to tour groups and business travelers, Vista Cay in Orlando, Florida is a resort haven in the midst of all the excitement and the Orlando attractions. This lakefront resort complex is located adjacent to the Orlando Convention Center and within minutes from the Int'l airport, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Walt Disney Parks.

This property is new to owner so all furniture and appliances are brand new in Vista Cay resort that was just finished in 2007. The best part is the front entrance is Universal Blvd. and the back exit leads you onto International Dr. SeaWorld is 1 1/2 miles away. The convention center is walking distance which is 1/4 mile away. Fantastic location in the heart of the tourism district.

Perfect location to the Rosen Aquatic Center. Loved the convenience of restaurants and grocery store. Condo had everything we needed. Loved all the walking trails. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and immaculate. So close to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops - all walkable. Host was super responsive to my questions. Everything in the condo is well thought out and convenient. Definitely plan on booking this again.

The property was immaculate. The location was great, surrounded by a lot of shopping and a grocery store which made it very convenient. We loved the amenities. We would definitely stay again. The only problem we had was there were only four sets of towels, 2per bathroom. No towels for the third bathroom unless you used the beach towels. There’s no cleaning supply or extra toiletries. So just note to bring your own towels. Go get cleaning supplies, garbage bags, paper towels, tissue, etc. There is a washer and dryer in condo, which was great. So we were able to wash. Overall it was a great stay. He communicated accurately and responded in a timely manner. It definitely a great spot.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent. So very close to EPIC Universe. The check in process is so convenient after a long roadtrip. Our host Tom is fantastic. He is very attentive and helpful. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. Overall we had a fantastic time at the parks and enjoyed returning in the evening to such a nice and comfortable place.

Very nice condo and smooth renting process from start to finish. The owner was communicative ahead of time and during our stay when needed. The floors of this condo are so pretty too, they’re big tiles that are smoothly connected. Master bedroom king was very comfortable, it seemed like a medium firmness which is unusual for rental condos - I think they’re always too soft and squishy. Great water pressure in the master shower but it is not built for tall people. I am 5’8 and my husband is 6’4 and we both had to duck down to get under the water. Not a deal breaker at all though, I would absolutely stay here again.

OCCC Event

Perfect place to stay while attending events at the convention center. First floor, easy access. It may be one on the opposite side of the facility. From OCCC, however, it's really too far to walk and it's better to be closer to Publix and restaurants on the other side. The rideshare pickup is just outside the gate so all in all, this is the perfect unit.

Perfect location for an Orlando holiday

The perfect place to stay while we visited the Disney and Universal theme parks. The kids loved cooling down at the pool and everywhere was in easy driving distance. It was really handy having a supermarket and a range of places to eat in walking distance. The check in process was easy and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is wonderful. It’s spacious and has everything you need. The TV’s in each bedroom and the den gives everyone the opportunity to watch their favorite shows. We love the area and we especially love the pool!

Lovely place but needs a little help.

3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen trashcan. Only other trash cans are in the bathrooms. I would suggest trash cans in the bedrooms too. Need to update dryer. Only works on high which cooks the clothes. Need new furniture in living room. You sink in it. We put pillows on couch and sat on those to make more firm.

Holiday visit to Orlando

The property was nice, we didn’t know the pool and clubhouse in our section was closed for renovations until March, but this unit is close enough to walk across the 4 lane road, Destination Drive to the other pool and clubhouse. Our family enjoyed time sitting by the fire pit. We had older family members that drove to the clubhouse and Publix and restaurants are all right there within walking distance. Our unit was conveniently located on 1st floor so very easy to come and go.great views on the patio overlooking the little lake!
