Our stay
As reviews noted the location is good and a Publix is within a very short walking distance (less than a quarter mile). If you plan to cook meals there are only black plastic kitchen utensils and teflon pots and pans if that is a concern to you. (We purchased a wooden spatula and sadly used the teflon cookware.) FYI, if you actually cook you will need to bring or purchase spices. Salt, pepper, and coffee are provided. Overall the unit was clean but could definitely use a deeper clean (baseboards, light switches, etc) Unlike comments read in some reviews we had no issues with the management company, they were super responsive and friendly prior to checkin, provided clear checkin instructions and were very friendly during on-site interactions. Beds are comfortable (We have stayed in better but definitely worse) and the sitting area is comfy. FYI, the pillows provided are on the medium to thicker density so if you desire a flatter feather pillow, you might want to pack it. This unit is street side and you can hear cars drive by, however, overall it was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. We had a small group so the split floor plan was perfect, allowing privacy and separate baths. We would consider staying here again but we cook our meals from scratch and it is a pleasant treat when there is a healthy choice for kitchenware and utensils so just those few changes would turn our consideration to stay again into a definitely.
