I have a family emergency.That happened was trying to call the hotel. Whoever I could call no answer all I was talking to was an AI computer agency, and still no answer. No, refund, no nothing. I left a voicemail for the hotel. No, one actually called me back. I did call the actual number. That I've seen on Google. And the lady swear up-and-down that I didn't have a reservation but i had a confirmation number through email from them.So I wasn't able to check in.Had to stay the night in the hospital.Thank godIt was only like twenty seven dollars for the freaking hotel.But by the reviews i was lucky to just send the night in the hospital

A joke for the price

The stay all in all I give it 2 stars because of the property cleanliness and when you bring a concern to the staff your told you as a customer need to tell the property front desk about the issue. The top of our fridge was dirty like it had dry garbage or what ever on top of it . At points and times you can hear people hollering kids screaming and running around. I don’t know if they think cause you only paid so much they didn’t have to clean and make sure the rooms are bug free and to keep the room cleaning schedule on top I asked for every 3 days for 15 day stay and got 2 cleaning days and on the second day didn’t get proper towels and some of the sheets had stains of something on them as well. But it’s a good area to get to stores and food but the stay I wasn’t happy at all with it. You need to get your plumbing and what not fixed asap before someone at the board of health comes in and makes you have to fix’s the issues with fines.

The property is outdated and in poor condition. They show renovated rooms in the online ad which is why we decided to stay there. However, the room we had was disgusting. Bugs, everything felt wet, mold, wet marks all over the ceiling, towels were paper thin, toilet ran on, furniture looked like it came from a dump. When we arrived the person at the hotel spoke to us through a cell phone translator. We booked for three people and they only gave us a room with two towels. The covers on the bed were paper thin. The mattress was ok but I was really concerned about bed bugs. Find another place to stay. Very disappointed.
