The floors were filthy. My one year olds knees and feet werw black after crawling around. The curtains didnt close all the way so the light from the parking lot lit up thw room. It was very loud. The hot water wasnt hot. There were only 2 tiny trash cans for a suit. The breakfast was subpar at best. The parking fee was outrageous

In the 3 years since I stayed here I’d say 50% of the cleanliness is gone, and they now charge an INSANE outrageous parking fee. Not worth it. Million hotels in Orlando, pick another. Totally understaffed. Long line to talk to anyone , not even at peak desk hours. I’m rating it 2 when it’s really a 3, but only cuz there’s too many high ratings from when it was 10/10. Clearly Management is ruining this place and cheaping out. Used to be the best value in the area. Highly highly disappointed, I moved to another hotel two days into my stay

Room was full of ants. Asked to change rooms but told none were available despite availability listed online. Spoke to a different staff member named Mikayla who said she would process the cancellation but never gave us paperwork, there is no email confirming, and I just got a check out receipt for today. Very upset. Trying to work with hotels.com to get my rightful refund
