In the 3 years since I stayed here I’d say 50% of the cleanliness is gone, and they now charge an INSANE outrageous parking fee. Not worth it. Million hotels in Orlando, pick another. Totally understaffed. Long line to talk to anyone , not even at peak desk hours. I’m rating it 2 when it’s really a 3, but only cuz there’s too many high ratings from when it was 10/10. Clearly Management is ruining this place and cheaping out. Used to be the best value in the area. Highly highly disappointed, I moved to another hotel two days into my stay

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel in general was in good condition. The breakfast wasn't good, perhaps because there were many people, and finally, parking is not included. The hotel has a very good location, close to restaurants and other amenities.
