Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Windsor Hills is a guard-gated community located just a few minutes away from the I-4 and Disney! This popular community has resort-style amenities that include a large heated pool with water slides and a spa, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a putting green. The 10,000 square foot clubhouse has a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and a Sundry Shop and snack bar.



★ Windsor Hills resort offers a lagoon-style pool with a large water-slide, hot tub, air-conditioned/heated game room, fitness center, movie theater, convenience shop, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, 3 themed playgrounds, putting green, and tennis courts.



Getting Around:

OUTSIDE OF THE COMMUNITY

For all the theme parks and various sites to visit, the best way to get around is by car. Although there are other modes of transportation, a private vehicle is best.



AROUND THE COMMUNITY

The property is centrally located to all the amenities in the community. Each amenity can be accessed by simply walking within the community. A detailed map of the community will be provided upon your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $35 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



Rental Policies:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check out: 10:00 AM

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate

• No smoking / No pets allowed

• By state law, occupancy of the property must not be exceeded

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking

• Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival

• A 13.5% sales and tourist tax is not included in the nightly rate

• A one-time cleaning fee is required for all stays

• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• We provide a small starter kit: (For longer stays, you may need extra supplies.)

• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. A utility bill with the same address as the card billing address is also required. Pre-paid cards are not accepted.



Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great, but if not, no worries.



Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. Pool heating has a daily fee and must be requested for consecutive days.



Any guests not listed on the lease for the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
