The unit was very clean, and price reasonably. The space was adequate for my family and roomy. Things the host could help with for a more enjoyable stay: the bed in the front room was very worn, it had a deep dip in the middle and slept terribly. The kitchen had minimum utensils, pans/pots, forks, knives and spoons for cooking (less than adequate like other rentals). Towels were provided but small face cloths were not as they should. The kitchen sink was stopped up upon arrival. But, the host was contacted and maintenance came out the same day as reported.

This is a great property for couples or families. Great location, quiet and clean. The private pool was the best.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great and very prompt. I loved that there was a bedroom (queen bed) with a bathroom on the main floor for my parents. There were two more bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Plenty of room for everyone! Parking directly in front, and the clubhouse, gym, and pool was right across the parking lot.
