My biggest problem was when you needed more towels you had to bring the dirty ones down or they would not give any to you. 2 out of the three front desk people were rude. The man who ran the kitchen would just stare at you.. little uncomfortable. Housekeeping was not provided daily(I guess understaffed). There was a homeless man every morning in the kitchen making food and he took it outside and ate standing over a garbage can. Also creepy. All the other staff just ignored you as if you were not even there. No Hi how are you? So I found that weird and rude. Not sure I would stay there again. Unless it was a last resort.

Disappointed on breakfast. Mainly no orange juice . Had no maid service. Had to go to front desk for clean towels. They were very nice about getting them. No restaurant brochures for restaurants. None within walking distance.

Everything was nice. The only complaint was a need to upgrade the tub and shower but otherwise it was a spectacular stay. It was very clean and safe. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Close to many things where you can walk. Wonderful stay!!!

It was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. There is no housekeeping and when we first got there the toilet was stopped up and the guy at the front desk said i can bring you a plunger but you'll have to fix it yourself...really. This place is an absolute dump I wouldn't stay there again even if they paid me!
