"The hotel itself was very clean. The staff, especially the breakfast staff, were amazing. They had a full hotel with all the World Cup Travelers and they were able to maintain a pace and seating everyone promptly. The room was comfortable and quiet. I did not give it five stars because there was no microwave which I'm used to having in hotel rooms. There were also no little things like shower caps, bar siap and makeup remover in the bathroom."
