Book a hotel near Palazzo Grassi, Venice City Center

"A distance from “central Venice” but nice to go to after a day of touring. Super helpful staff. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Good array of breakfast items that was included in the stay."

"HVAC did not work. Room was very warm and it was only about 60 degrees for a high. Cleaning service made the bed and replaced towels, but left dirty dishes in the room - not just one day, but multiple days. The lower floors of the hotel smelled like a backed up sewer line… Aside from all that and hearing drunks in the middle of the night on the street below, all was wonderful…. LOL I had the window open because neither AC nor fan worked… Not sure if I got the “Expedia room” or if all the rooms were this terrible - but I’d pass on this place!"

"The hotel is in an excellent location right under the Rialto Bridge and has a retro charm, with rooms decorated in old venetian style. The breakfast had a good selection of items and the staff was helpful. However, the room was really hot as the air conditioning is not available until it is summer (not operational in spring). They provided a fan which helped but it is not what I would expect from a 4star. "
