You’ll really enjoy this comfortable 3 Bedroom 3 Bath 1,912 square foot home in the Warm Sands neighborhood of Central Palm Springs. With 2 Master Bedrooms, plus a Guest Room and 3 Bathrooms, nobody has to share a Bathroom. But the best part is the HUGE outdoor Kitchen poolside. With a lagoon-like swimming pool and dramatic waterfall spa and plenty of lounging space, this house has everything you’ll need for a relaxing and fun time with your friends and family.

The large Living Room and Dining Room open out to a spacious covered patio poolside so everyone can hang out together, indoors or out. Put the game on the HDTV in the Living Room and sit back on the oversized sectional sofa and you’re all set. There is a generous sized dining table inside, plus two more dining tables out by the pool, and bar stools at the counter around the Outdoor Kitchen, which has all the appliances and space you’ll need for creating a sumptuous meal for the whole gang. There is also a charcoal grill provided for the discerning outdoor chef. And the Indoor Kitchen is fully loaded as well.

The separation of bedrooms is ideal, at opposite corners of the house. The Master Bedroom at the West end of the house has a King size bed, HDTV and private Bathroom with tub/shower. The Guest Bedroom has an HDTV and two Twin beds, plus a pull-out Trundle bed for a third guest when needed. The Guest bathroom, with step in shower and original midcentury vintage tilework, separates the Guest and Master Bedrooms. Out back, poolside, you’ll find the Casita Bedroom, with Queen size bed, HDTV and private bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also an adjacent laundry room with an extra refrigerator.

It was a great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. Able to walk around the neighborhood and very close to the supermarket. There were a lot of rules about the fridge, the A/C, the alarm, etc. I felt nervous that we were going to get in trouble, which took away from the relaxation a little bit. But we loved the pool and location and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful and Quiet

We booked this property for our 4th of July weekend. My family had a wonderful stay and did not want to leave! The home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The only thing I would say was a problem was how dirty the pool would get since there are plants that grow into the pool and leaves would fall. The inside of the home was refreshing, cold, and nice. I did not notice that there were not any Netflix, Disney , Hulu, etc.. to watch TV but we made it work. The casita outside is beautiful and secluded from the entire home so it would be recommended with friends who want their privacy, other than that it is not apart of the home. I love how the property managers helped check-in easily, were very nice and friendly, and allowed us to be in our home a few hours earlier than our originally check-in time. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for having us.

Nice Weekend

Overall stay was very nice, house was in good condition, very clean, quiet neighborhood. No road noise and very little noise overall. Yard and pool were great for kids and dog. Only issue was the pool net to skim leaves out of pool was damaged and we had to buy a replacement as there were a few bushes shedding leaves directly into pool.

Great place to relax.

So close to stores and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. We had extended family stopped by 2 visit and we were all so happy to just stay at the house. Enjoy the pool, fire pit, outdoor space. The house was extremely well maintained and had everything we needed. The management company was fabulous with all communication.

Great family house

We had a very nice stay at Casa Warm Sands! The backyard and pool was a true oasis, enjoyed by the entire family. House is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The casita was cute. The pictures are pretty accurate. Check in was quick and easy and the management company easy to deal with. I would book again. Thanks for the great vacation.

Great getaway

The house had a very homey feel to it. It was very comfortable. We loved the big patio glass doors to see the pool at all times. It was super convenient with 3 kids to keep an eye on. We enjoyed the pool very much and the fire pit at night. The kids had the best time swimming all day long in the nice desert heat.

Perfect house for our girls weekend getaway!

The house is beautiful and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. We had trouble getting the TV to work properly but they sent someone out to fix it very quickly. The ice machine in the freezer was also on the fritz but we were able to fix it ourselves. Minor electronic issues aside, we would definitely come back.

Such a sweet pad!

This house was lovely for our girls weekend. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable in every way. We loved how much seating was available via the couch, table, and outdoor furniture. Saline pool was a nice surprise too! We can’t wait to rent this place again! Highly recommended:)

Great Home for a Girls Trip

This was a great home for our girls trip to Palm Springs for the weekend. The home had plenty of room; provided everything we needed during our stay; and was conveniently located to all of our planned activities. The only problem we had was the pool lights wouldn't turn on.

Absolutely fantastic weekend with the boys!

This house made our weekend guys trip one to remember! We spent 90% of our time in the pool which was clean and perfect temp and utilized the large outdoor kitchen for a BBQ one afternoon. The house itself was clean and stocked with all the necessary items and nothing was different than what was advertised. I will definitely look to see if this house is available the next time we vacation in Palm Springs!

I will never rent from this property management company again

I wish I could give more stars, because the house is nice and the pool is lovely, but the property management company is horrid. First, when we arrived the sheets on the bed were not clean and the mattress pad had HUGE urine stains on it, so we washed the bedding. I didn't report it right away because I just wanted to get on with my nice weekend. On our last day there, my wife and I were sunbathing by the pool when one of the employees walked into the house and proceeded to walk through, even though our things were everywhere still. I had to stand up in front of him, without clothes, to get my towel and confront him (in a towel!), which was beyond humiliating. He said he thought we had left and must have had bad information - he apologized and left. He should have left as soon as he knew there were still tenants. We immediately called the property management company and reported the incident and all the manager had to say was "oh, it's just 'so-n-so' - he's harmless". What. We reported the dirty bedding and a few other things the home was missing and he said he didn't know what to do for us. So, we asked for a discount on our stay and he laughed at us. Seriously. And implied that we're just looking for a discount. When a strange man walks in on two two women (without clothes), in a private home, it is absolutely traumatizing and making excuses and laughing about it is unacceptable. When we checked out, they offered a 10% discount on our next stay with them. They didn't take any of this seriously - including the filthy bedding that we had to wash at 11pm. Believe me, I'm not just looking for handouts in the way of discounts. I can afford my VRBO stays (which have been dozens) and I have never been treated so poorly. There are other beautiful places to stay than with this management company. Shame on you Oranj Palm.
