In the heart of a village 15min from Disneyland and Val d'Europe. Our house is fully equipped and ideally located 3min walk from local shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco ....

The house offers a beautiful living space, an entrance, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilet, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The living room is equipped with a real sofa bed convertible two places with the authentic comfort of a mattress, very quick to open and close (30 seconds), a TV and unlimited WIFI access, a beautiful rectangular table for 12 people.
The brand new kitchen, open to the living room is very convenient and has all the necessary equipment: fridge / freezer, hob, oven, hood, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster.

Wonderful

We just loved the house. A quiet place in a small vilage, 10 minutes of the Eurodisney and 25 from the Centre Expositions de Villepinte. Near the house you have a supermarkt and two amaising shops : a backery with magnificient bread and patisserie and a boutcher with all kinds of meat. For last, the simpaty of the owners was 5 stars.

Family of 12 Celebration!

The property is exactly as advertised, beautiful, and perfect for our large family! Super clean, bedrooms, bathrooms, all facilities were terrific! The small room at the entrance was a great place to leave shoes, and to store my wheelchair, and hang out hats! It is only a few blocks to the bus, which will ultimately get you where you want to go, for our purpose the first 3 days was Disneyland Paris, which was a quick 15 minute ride. Grocery and bakery very close by, laundry on the main floor, well equipped kitchen. My only note is the main floor has several step up and downs, and all four bedrooms are upstairs. We would definitely stay again!!

Great home for family and friends in the greater Paris area

In a very quaint neighborhood in the greater Paris area, the Casa Caramel in Quincy-Voisins was conveniently located in close proximity to Disneyland and the station in Esbly where you can take the train into downtown Paris. This is very nice if you plan visit either destination during your visit. While there was only one parking space in the driveway, street parking is also available in front of the home. It was a perfect size vacation home for 6 guests, our family of four and two friends. Beatrice was very helpful throughout the booking and check in process, as well as during the stay. When we had any concerns, she was very responsive to assist us with any questions. A very nice option for families and groups alike.

Die Unterkunft entspricht im Wesentlichen der Beschreibung. Die Bilder sind schon etwas veraltet. Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen sauber, die KĂŒche hĂ€tte fĂŒr unseren Geschmack sauber sein können. Sonst fanden wir es super, dass die Unterkunft ĂŒber eine SpĂŒlmaschine, Waschmaschine mit Trockner und saubere Dusch- und HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche verfĂŒgt. Die Lage ist top!!!

Great experience

Nice accommodation for a family. Beds are made when you arrive, towels available and very convenient that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen offers everything you need to make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ingredients you'll find at a local super market, bakery or butcher (all within 5 minute walking distance). In case you don't have enough energy left after a full day at Disney, a local pizzeria offers a tasteful Italian dishes for take-away or table served. Public transport to Disneyland available at walking distance (10 euro for 4 adults).

Schöne Familienauszeit

Schönes Haus fĂŒr Familienurlaub

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist vom Ă€lteren Baujahr und dadurch im Sommer schön angenehm kĂŒhl. Die Lage ist gut wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. BĂ€cker, kleiner Supermarkt und GaststĂ€tte in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Bus Linie 19 erreicht man Disneyland. Ist gĂŒnstiger als direkt mit dem Auto zu fahren. In der Umgebung findet man noch verschiedene Ausflugsziele, die gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind.

Perfect location for Paris and Disneyland

Very easy website to use until the day before we were due to arrive when I wasn’t able to send a message to the owner about arrival details. Very helpful help centre who sent a message to the owner for me. In the end it was sorted with a phone call. The owner was incredibly helpful and replied very quickly to any enquiries. The house was perfect for our large group which consisted of 3 generations. There was plenty of space and a secure garden for the children. It was an ideal base for visiting Paris and Eurodisney (15 to 20 minutes to the station car park) and you go past a supermarket and the local shops are in easy walking distance. However I would point out that if you want to cook for yourself and have a large party (ours was 12) there aren’t enough large pots and pans but other than that the kitchen has everything that you need. We would definitely go back.

Great house, great location and great host

Ideal house for up to 12 people. Great location for Disneyland and traveling into Paris. Loved the table tennis and table football which we spent many hours playing. Lovely relaxing outdoor space for enjoying early morning coffee, buffet lunches and evening BBQs. Would defo recommend 👌

The Perfect Stay

The property was a perfect base for us and as described with all amenities needed for our stay. It was lovely sitting outside for breakfast every morning with fresh croissants from the local boulangerie. We were unfortunate to be there during a mini heatwave and the bedrooms were very hot - we had to purchase some fans just to get some sleep at night so it would be a good idea if these were provided for future guests. Saying that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Beatrice, also to Christian who bought us some amazing homemade pickles
