We always try to stay at this hotel, when we are in Parsippany.

The staff at this Holiday Inn is amazing.....Everyone, from the desk to the staff on the floors are friendly, helpfully and wonderfully cheerful. We would just like the hotel to look less worn and to have free wi-fi in our room, but honestly, that is our only complaint........

This property is in a very good location. The parking lot is large and they don’t charge for parking. The front desk staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. To use the WiFi you need to join IHG Rewards. However, that’s easily done. Attached to the hotel is a Cuban restaurant. Across the street is a shopping mall full of shops and restaurants. This is a great place to stay in Northern New Jersey. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, convenient location, rooms are sweet

Nice place w/decked-out rooms and plenty of space. In a good location, near a lot of residential neighborhoods, but right off a high-traffic road and near an industrial park and a turf-field sports complex.

Smokers And Crashers Everywhere

Pros: large pool
We went for a few days because they had a large outdoor pool. While the rooms were nice and the pool was great, it seemed that the hotel security didn't seem to mind local folks who were not guests of the hotel coming in to use the pool. In fact, security seemed to know some of the crashers on a first-name basis. I suspect some collusion here. The pool was, therefore jammed. I was with my kids, but many people were smoking cigarettes poolside. It smelled like a huge ashtray. Some locals even brought giant electric pool toys and filled the pool with these despite there being limited room in the pool due to the size of the crowd. The front desk clerk said she couldn't do anything about it.

Modern amenities, friendly staff and great value

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel has been recently redecorated and is in great shape with modern amenities and furniture. The staff are very courteous, friendly and always greet you with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a stay in the general area. There is plenty of parking space and it is close to a lot of shopping options and restaurants.

Nice hotel and great value

I stayed for four nights. The room and bathroom were pleasantly decorated. The bathroom was spotless. My room was comfortable, neat and clean. I would have preferred a seating area but there was a desk and comfortable chair. The last day I had some difficulty accessing their internet.

Good place to stay

I needed to stay in this area for a trade show and selected this hotel. Good choice. The staff was friendly, the room clean and one of the best breakfast areas of any of the hotels I have stayed in. (and I stay from 30 to 50 nights a year in hotel rooms due to being on the road in sales)

Good Value & Good Location

Holiday Inn Parsippany was what we expected. Hotel has shopping center directly across road, so we saved time driving to find things our son forgot to bring for college. Front desk staff were courteous, friendly, helpful. Nice outdoor pool & patio area, though too cold during our stay. Good hot & cold breakfast buffet included in room price. Though not luxury, a comfortable & clean room w. decent bed, plenty of towels, fine for our one night's stay.
