The hotel is ok but there is no service. Once you check in, I was there for 8 days, you’re on your own. No one ever comes to your room. You take out your garbage, request new towels,garbage etc. The lady who ran the breakfast was very good.

Good day, I called the hotel and canceled my reservation, we started our travel but my husband got sick, he have heard and lung issues, I spoke with the customer service at the hotel and told him my husband is with the Dr, , that told him not to travel, and we were 3,5 hours away, I talk to an amazing customer service name Joans he was very understanding and cancel my reservation with out ant charges,. My Dr still have Oxygen problem so we can not travel, need oxygen treatment all the time, hopefully we can travel next weekend. Thanks for your help.

Room was extremely nice and spacious. Particularly liked that the television was in the center of the room and swiveled so it was close to the couch or the bed when you were watching it. A lot of the rooms the televisions is on one wall. So if you're in bed watching, it's a long ways away. Great variety of channels on the television. Water pressure in the shower was very good. I have been coming up to this area multiple times a year for the last few years and would stay at a Hilton property up there. Price on the Hilton has kept climbing. Looked into sonesta and in my opinion the room was comparable or better than the Hilton and half the price?
