The shuttle and driver were good. The issues started at the hotel. There was an odor of burned marijuana near the office, which does not inspire confidence. The room were supposed to be non smoking, but there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the room. The ceiling paint was peeling in large spots. The cleaning showed a lack of attention to detail with dirt on the baseboards and in corners, and there was a large stain on the couch.

Absolutely amazing

Hotel hospitality was excellent Mr. Prince,was polite and friendly. Prince will go the extra mile and make you feel valued. He showed genuine care and patience. Always listen to our concerns. Hotel overall is great we love and will be back.

Rooms Nicely Renovated

I stayed here last year and was pleasantly surprised to find the rooms renovated, with very good quality work and fixtures. Road access is excellent and great location along the river and next to a park. I'll definitely be staying here on my next visit to the area.

Enjoyable atmosphere

The only reason why it wasn't a 5- star review was due to 3 things: 1) no shuttle after midnight from the he airport (you find it later mentioned at the end of the reservation; 2) nobody to greet you after 11:00 p.m. (you need to go to the lobby of a nearby hotel to get your key, but it was a flawless transaction) and; 3) there wasn't any real breakfast to speak of. I have been in cheaper hotels that offered a breakfast. There was only a coffee option in the room/front office.

The property has been updated inside. The outside doesn't look as fancy as the inside. Parking is easy, and oversize is avaliable. Rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were nice.

Great value and comfort.

We stayed there due to being about 10 miles from Citizens bank park 1x and 2x due to the “park, sleep, and fly” aspect to fly out of PHL. The beds are comfy and rooms are nicer as they have been recently renovated. There was some visible dust on the top of baseboards and also no elevators to navigate the 3 floors. It’s our go-to when staying in that area. Also some GREAT food near by, less than 1 mile, Pho Philly and America’s pie for pizza.

We enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront Inn. Our room was clean and spacious with a river view. Room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The front desk person was friendly and had us checked in quickly. We especially enjoyed sitting on the waterfront patio and watching the boats cruising by and airplanes flying overhead. Will stay again

For the most part it was okay. It was in a nice area and you could go out and see the water and ships. The rooms are very small though and the beds were awful uncomfortable. You could feel the metal bedframe. Our showerhead wasnt fully connected to the wall and we had issues with the water preassure. The staff was nice though. If I only needed to stay a day it is good but I would not stay any extended time

The property outside needs a TLC, the rooms are newly remodeled, looked amazing. They did a great job. The deck out by the river was nice to sit and relax on. They were working when we entered the front office and we had a bad feeling but once we saw the rooms, no problem, rooms were great, have to see..I will stay again. Also great to park and fly!
