I stay here often, normally I check out early, that morning I didnt have to get to work early so I was going to sleep in, check out time is not till 11am, but housekeeping was knocking at my door to come clean the room at 9am. BEWARE. There are many hidden cost to this hotel. They say they are pet friendly,but when I checked in I was told there was a $150.00 charge, non refundable for a dog (we had two!). So my hundred dollar room became a 400 dollar room….then there was a $150 dollar fee that was refundable after the room was checked out…we stayed last Tuesday night and the refund has not been placed back in our account yet. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A CANDLEWOOD SUITE AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE
