9. Linen Care: We ask that you keep all bed sheets, linens, and towels clean. Any items found to be damaged, stained, or otherwise requiring replacement will be charged at retail price.
10. Energy Conservation: Please ensure all electronic devices such as the TV, lights, fans, AC/heating units, etc., are turned off upon checkout.
11. Checkout Policy: Guests must depart by their scheduled checkout time. Delays that impede our housekeeping staff may result in additional fees.

Cute, quiet, and clean place in a great location. Easy to walk to all of the Philadelphia sites. Note that it is not a big place, so it was snug for a family of four.

Stayed with my son for an Eagles game. Great location, close to restaurants and SEPTA. Nearby parking garage was convenient. The apartment is small and comfortable.

Perfect location close to Kimmel Center and other downtown attractions. The apartment is clean and the photos are accurate. Nice bathroom, including a multi-nozzle shower. Easy check-in and responsive host! Felt very safe. There is a tight spiral staircase to get to this 3rd floor apartment, so just know that. Good WiFi and tv. Kitchen is not stocked other than coffee and dishes are minimal. Host provided a link to affordable parking (26/day that included In/Out privileges), a big plus.

Well located and clean

This apartment is in the heart of the city and close to restaurants and shopping. Do note it is a 3rd floor walk up with very narrow spiral stairs which made carrying luggage difficult.

Overall great! Parking garage was a block away, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. All items in building worked. Really appreciated the washer / dryer with detergent provided. Also, shower was nice and soaps/shampoo/conditioner provided. Only major concern would be - 3rd floor location, steps are steep, narrow and spiral. Just be careful up and down with luggage. Overall would strongly recommend, host was available for communication. Wonderful stay.

Great stay in Philly!!!

We loved our stay. Fabulous location. Walking distance to so many things. My companion had some difficulty with being on the 3rd floor and climbing the spiral staircase to get there. But other than that, we loved the place. Also close to Sprouts and Whole Foods if you have special food needs as we did. Quaint and quiet neighborhood but close to Broad street and public transportation. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Mother-daughter girls' weekend

This condominium is in a terrific location. We left the car in a parking garage all weekend and walked everywhere. We traveled to Philly to see Come From Away at the Kimmel Center. It was AMAZING! go if you can. We walked to Reading Terminal Market, Rittenhouse Square, Suprema Coffee Roastery, Scarpetta's for dinner, iHop for breakfast, and all were amazing! Philly hospitality was wonderful. The condo was clean and convenient. The host was always responsive to our questions. We had a great time and definitely recommend.

Die Lage hatten wir uns ja selbst ausgesucht, kein Fenster nach draußen bzw. nicht zu öffnen. Ein Messer, 2 Tassen usw. Naja, da fragt man sich halt vieles. Standards wären wirklich wichtig.
