There was no hot water for the shower. The front desk told me to tell you to contact them to work out some sort of partial refund as it’s been an ongoing issue for a few days now. Please contact them so I can get a partial refund. Thank you!

Everyone in this hotel were very hispitable,nice and helpful. BIG BIG BIG shoutout to Anthony and his cleaning crew ,this hotel is one of if not the cleanest hotels i have ever stepped in. Not a piece of trash in or outside ,and the hotel always smells awesome,fabuloso...... Anthony was also very friendly and kind to everyone. The Hampton Inn in Willow Grove is our go to hotel in Philadelphia. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, the breakfast is generous, and the room is quiet and immaculate.

Decided to grab a room during a power outage. Room was ok. Needs updating. There was clearly some type of damage to the door b/c it had bolts holding the top latch together and it didn’t close fully. Room was dated but it was acceptable. Air unit needs to be cleaned and filters need to be changed. Television service in the room went dead for most of the night. Front desk had no answers or explanation.

Wasn't happy with the hotel. The AC in the room was set to 68 degrees and I couldn't adjust it to make it warmer. Had to turn it off. Beds were comfortable and a large bathroom was decent. Last day of my stay, I had a problem with the hot water in shower. There was one day that no one came in to clean and I had to go to front desk to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was a disaster over the weekend. They were out of eggs, bacon, milk, and cream cheese. I had to go to McDonald's for breakfast. The next day, they were out of eggs, potatoes, and bagels. Surprisingly, I saw a family with a dog in the dining section and their dog had a big plate of eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There has to be a better way of keeping the food for hotel guests only. I spoke to the General Manager and to their credit, he put in for a refund for one day and Hotel.com took care of the rest. I will not return to this property.
