First, let me say that the desk manager was very polite and helpful. We checked in to our first room (101) but there were no lights or power. The second room smelled of a foul odor but we were tired so we did not complain. What infuriated us was that someone (housekeeping?) entered our room the next morning unannounced while my wife was dressing! Unbelievable! I am not a YELP guy but I will tell all my friends and family to keep away from the Holiday Inn Express in Essington!

The pancake machine was awesome! The vending machine only worked for bottled water. Locals hung outside on the side of the hotel at night by the water doing drugs,I could see them from my window.
