âMinimum age to book is 25 years old. A Valid Photo ID must be submitted by guest to verify and finalize booking.

We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia-based ID, or a Philadelphia area code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest.
â The guest that is booking, must be staying- no booking for other people or groups is allowed.
â A signed rental agreement and damage waiver payment ($20 minimum) is required prior to finalizing booking.
â We have a $20 per guest, per night fee after the first 2 guests.
â No Smoking:
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
â No Parties / Unauthorized Guests:
No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur. A $250 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
â Trip Insurance:
We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers, or visit the Insure My Trip website for options.
â No package deliveries to our unit- We're sorry but due to insurance restrictions, we cannot allow guests to have packages or mail delivered to our unit. Please use nearby Amazon pick up points for deliveries.
â Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
When our schedule allows, we may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee. Please send us a request in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaner.
â Guests that break any of our house rules forfeit the right to leave a review on booking platform where their reservation was made.
â Parking: You will have a free one car parking spot located at the rear of your unit.
