1) Smoke detector was malfunctioning, making beeping noises throughout the whole night. 2) Elevator was broken. We had to hike up SIX flights of stairs with heavy luggage. Family included two elderlies (both 80 years old, one with a leg disability) and two children. 3) Stairway was reeking with pungent smoke smells, so as we hiked up the six flights of stairs we were gasping and inhaling that air. The halls were dark and dingy and we did not feel comfortable walking through them. 4) Shower water wouldn’t turn on. 5) Water faucet wouldn’t turn on. 6) Telephone was broken; could not communicate at all. 7) Breakfast was pathetic: we came early and food containers (where muffins, toast, etc. are usually held) were completely empty. No hot water was available to use; instead, we had to repeatedly ask an employee to get water for us in a little cup. 8) WiFi would not connect. 9) The light switch in the bathroom automatically turned on the ventilator, but the rumbling noise was so loud it woke up my entire family late at night. I ended up not using the bathroom because of that. 10) Just FYI, no amenities included. These people do not care about their customer’s satisfaction because they know they will get customers anyway (since it’s located right by the airport). I am writing this review to warn everybody to stay away. It is NOT worth your money.

Elevator was not working and had to climb 9 flights of stairs despite the fact that the service elevators were working. Security was rude when trying to check in. Interior was in dire need of repairs and falling apart. We checked into a room that had week old urine sitting in the toilet. Poor experience overall.

This is truly a case of you get what you pay for. While Annette at the front desk was very nice and upfront about everything, the actual hotel was terrible. However, we were warned well before our trip that the elevators were not working & the hotel was under construction - that still did not prepare us for the death stairs. The woman who was in charge of breakfast closed with no warning, just "okay, we are closed now" and shut off the lights. Hopefully once renovations are complete it will be a great hotel - the proximity to the stadiums is the only reason we stayed there. If you are looking for luxury and cant handle steep stairs I do not recommend - or at least wait until renovations are done. Shower was not great either but it did the job just to get a few hours of sleep. Given the price and the warning we received I can't be upset with anyone but ourselves. I hope everyone treats the staff with respect as its not their fault its under construction.

THE ELEVATORS ARE DOWN FOR MONTHS AND WE HAD NO WARNING SO FRONT DESK SAID SHE WOULD UPGRADE OF ROOM FROM A DOUBLE BED TO A KING? ALSO SHE GAVE US THE SECOND FLOOR.... THE STAIRWELLS WERE AWFUL AND HALLWAY CARPETING WAS TORN UP AND VERY DIRTY. WE WERE PRESSED FOR TIME OR WE WOULD OF TRIED TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING ESPECIALLY FOR THE HANDICAPPED. PLEASE TAKE THIS HOTEL OFF YOUR WEBSITE. HEALTH DEPARTMENT WAS CALLED AND THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. HUNDRED DOLLARS AND WE WOULD OF HAVE BEEN MORE AT PEACE STAYING IN OUR CAR.

So I get there at nearly midnight there is a man sleeping in the lobby snoring to high heaven. Then the front desk clerk tells me there no elevator and I’m on the 9th floor... so that’s great. It’s too late now to find another place and I have a flight at 5am so I have to deal. Climb to my room and just go straight to bed then around 1230 at night the snoring man comes INTO MY ROOM. Apparently his key worked for my room even though it wasn’t his room. I jump out of bed and tell him this is my room and he apologizes and is either sick or drunk so I go to the phone to call down stairs... and the PHONE DOESNT WORK! NO DIAL TONE!!!!! This is the thing nightmares are made of!!!So I go back the door lock it with the inside lock and I hear the man yell that he found his room down the hall. Great. Kinda fall asleep but also am trying not to die in a murder hotel. So that’s all the negative. The staff is great like the front desk girl was sweet and kind and funny and the man that took me to the airport was also very very nice. I work in the service industry and these people are hard to come by and it’s not their fault the elevator is broken... i don’t know who fault it was about the guy in my room... but it would have been nice to get a phone call when the elevator broken and that i was on the 9th floor as a heads up or asking if I wanted to cancel.
