Different rooms were complaining about being dirty when i was checking in. Place looks and feels dirty. From the smell, to all floors needed vacuuming.

It was obviously an older building. The room was clean. Bed was okay. Water was great. They included a single nail file which was actually really useful. The shared spaces could be cleaned better. They need a housekeeper just for the hallways and outside garbage. Should DEFINITELY invest in 2 more waffle irons. It would help a lot.

Before we booked here, we were a bit skeptical about this place because of the reviews and how bad people described the place. It was completely opposite of how people described it. When we first entered the building the smell was good, the lobby had a nice smell, looks really good/clean, customer was good. Now for the rooms…when we entered the room it smell clean, well put together and was clean. It’s not like a 5-star hotel but, it is very do able for a few night stay. It’s really good, people just like to be extra when it comes to giving reviews. So don’t be scared to check it out, me and my mom a nice sta.

The hotel was clean. The shuttle service was poor. The keys were deactivated each day so you had to ride the elevator to get it activated again at the front desk.

Loved that parking was free and easy. Check inn was friendly and fast. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hotel was quiet but it did have a strong cigarette smell. Very convenient for an easy one night stay and smooth ride into center city Philly .

My Hotel room smelled like cigarettes and I couldn't sleep because the smell was so strong. Before I booked the room I made sure the description said "non smoker". Well clearly that didn't go as planned :(
