A very spacious 1200 square foot, peacefully quiet, and comfortable upstairs condominium with a tree shaded balcony overlooking pool and jacuzzi. Located in a secure gated community.

Its master bedroom en suite includes a shower/bathtub. Its second bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower.

Each bedroom and bathroom is separated by a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a dedicated office and study room.

The entrance is upstairs, and adjacent to pool, jacuzzi and BBQ pit areas.

A BBQ grill area is conveniently adjacent to the stairs.

Guests have full access to all areas except to garage/storage.
