Staff were great! Room was clean, but bathroom had a cracked floor tile and the threshold at the door to the bathroom needs to be replaced.Gym is really nice with a lot of quality equipment. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is the old "The Pointe" and has been renovated. The room was very clean and had a lot of freeway noise from the I-10. It's a big property with a huge workout facility and 6 pools. The main attraction is the oasis waterpark which we didn't use but it looks nice. The main restaurant and coffee bar are right off the lobby and have good food. You can watch golphers tee off. It's a decent resort but old and with great service. Well-located.

It was great and we loved it, they just charged a lot for all the mini bars and even the water on the room. We got $36 bills afterward, also charge $10 for borrow microwave because we need to heat baby food and no one heated for us. Also for resort fee supposed to be $80 and they added $10 tax for each night. So expensive and lots of hided charges.

Loved our stay at the Arizona Grand resort. We stayed in the camelback suites which were perfect for our family of 4. Had the heated pool to jump into whenever we wanted and a waterpark included in the price. Food and drinks were a little overpriced but was expected. We can't wait to come again. Probably next time it's 40 below in Chicago again.
